Ah Fall. I love Fall. I also love the end of Summer, which is why I love September overall. I did a lot of things in September that I want to share with you. Hopefully this list will get you inspired to do you own stuff this October!

My September in New Jersey:
Lots of new NJ diner visits including the Silverton Diner, Sides Diner and Grill, and the Maplewood Diner. I’m getting close to 250 diners! This is also the month I discovered coffee looks AMAZING in portrait mode.
Speaking of food, I visited Dozenz Donuts in Toms River for a cookie monster donut! How cute!
And who doesn’t love the first pumpkin spice coffee of the season…
I LOVED attending the Kite Festival in Pier Village. I’ve always wanted to go, so I braved the predicted rain and headed over to Long Branch to see the kites in action.

They also had a lovely farmer’s market. I love a good farmer’s market.
September also started my Wellness Wednesday series where I got to experience my first cross fit class at Crossfit Andare…
as well as outdoor yoga with Mettamade. Be sure to check out my full feature on them!
And we had a great giveaway collaboration with DePasquale the Spa in Morris Plains.
I experienced Fall Fun at the Apple Festival, located at Happy Day Farm in Manalapan. There was a great petting zoo, pig races
and of course…apples!
AND apple cider donuts! Be sure to check out my list of the best places to get apple cider donuts in New Jersey.
Looking for an upscale lunch for Sunday Funday, I found myself at Limani Seafood Grill in Westfield, NJ.
I had a multi course meal which included lobster rolls, crab cakes, and dessert. Mmmm.
I also got a chance to tour the Essex County Country Club, the location where the annual Taste of Hope will be held! If you’re looking for a great foodie event that will feature many NJ restaurants, and 100% of the proceeds go to help the American Cancer Society. I’m the board…so if you come to the event say hi!
I also got to explore Field Station Dinosaurs…at night! What a fun event with dinosaurs, s’mores, and interactive shows.
And…finishing out the month I got to see sunflowers galore at Sunshine Fields in Allention, NJ.
Gosh I love Fall…
Can’t wait for October! Be sure to pick up your NJ Fall Gear!
