Working from a Coffee Shop: The Daily Bean in Vernon Twp, NJ

Located in Vernon twp sits the adorable cafe known as the Daily Bean. This was a great find when I was traveling in Sussex County.

Have you ever walked into a cafe and immediately felt at home? That’s how I felt when I visited the Daily Bean. From their cozy farm style decor to their excellent customer service and their creative I knew this was a place I would visit frequently if I lived closer.

Beverage #1: Raspberry Chai Latte

If you read my coffee shop series you’ll know I’m a big chai latte fan. Combining that flavor with raspberry seemed like an excellent idea, making this an easy order. It was hands down one of the best drinks I’ve ever had.

Other drinks you can find at the Daily Bean include espresso, lattes, flat whites, bullet proof coffee, cold brew, green tea lattes, hot tea, hot chocolate (which my husband got) and more.

In addition to serving drinks, the Daily Bean is a full cafe that offers food like acai and pitaya bowls, sandwiches, pastries, oatmeal, mac and cheese, and gluten free and vegan options.

Beverage #2: Pistachio Cheesecake Decaf Coffee

I loved how many flavor options they had for coffee, so I decided to get experimental and combine two flavors in my decaf coffee. FYI Pistachio and Cheesecake just happen to work together.

Other flavors include French Vanilla, Toasted Marshmallow, Irish Cream, Cookie Butter, Buttered Rum, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Praline…and wow…so much more.

Bean is not only where coffee comes from, but is the name of the mascot of the Daily Bean! Bean is an adorable French Bulldog who you can occasionally see while visiting the coffee shop.

If you like French Bulldogs you’re in luck, because the cafe is full of French Bulldog decor! It’s like if I had a coffee shop but instead of Frenchies I had dachshunds. I loved it.
