Vineyard Review: Summit City Winery in Glassboro

I visited Summit City Farms and Winery as part of a wine trolley all around South Jersey. Summit City is actually a fairly new winery in the area, and they already have plenty of different wines to choose from.

They have a beautiful new tap room that has plenty of seating. It even has two rooms for private events and tastings!

Wines I tried while I was there:
– Apple – made from fuji apples
– Nectarine
– White Peach
– Summit Red Wine (concord sweetened)
– Boulevard Dry Red (Pinot Noir)
– American Syrah

They have lots of sweet fruit wines including cherry, pear, blueberry and a Jersey Queen peach.

In addition to the dry wines I tried, they also carry an American Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Traminette and an American Cabernet Sauvignon. There is definitely a wine for everyone!

The wine is also very reasonably prices. Their sweet wines are $12 a bottle, white and rose wines are $13 and the red wines are $15.

Summmit City Winery also host plenty of events including jazz nights, country nights, and oldies music nights. It’s a perfect spot for a date night or girls night out etc.
