Working from a Coffee Shop: Trouble Brewing in Haddon Heights
South Jersey has so many great coffee shops nestled in even cuter downtown areas, so I was happy to discover another spot in Haddon Heights: Trouble Brewing.
Right away I liked it because their name is a pun and I happen to love puns. The coffee shop opened on Friday the 13th in 2017 which is fitting for a cafe with the term Trouble in the title.
Owners Tom and Cat are Haddon Heights residents who wanted to create a new space for their community. Trouble Brewing not only has great coffee, but it’s a spacious location with free WiFi (yay!), comfy seating, even has books to read in case you need a place to relax!
Trobule Brewing proudly serves La Colombe coffee, a coffee distributor located in Philadelphia, that works directly with coffee farmers to source the best-tasting, most exotic, and rarest beans.
Beverage #1: Chai Latte
Beverages come in Trouble (12 oz) or Big Trouble (16 oz). I’m a big chai fan so I went for a BIG TROUBLE. It was delicious!
Coffee beverages you can expect to find at Trouble Brewing include espresso, Americanos, cappuccinos, and cold brew. They also have frozen coffee!
Looking for food? They offer breakfast and lunch items as well as an assortment of pastries and muffins. They also have a Mac and Cheese of the Day!
Beverage #2: Orange Dreamsicle Tea
Trouble Brewing tea comes from Wise Ape Tea, a tea company based in NJ that donates 10% of their sales to different charities. Perfect for a company from NJ, the orange dreamsicle is a decaf tea made with a blend of chamomile flowers with subtle hints of orange and cream
