Wellness Wednesday: Alesha Courtney Fitness and Nutrition

If you believe health should be simple and back to basics without the labels, diets, and crazy exercise regimens then you should check out Alesha Courtney Fitness and Nutrition. For those with limited time for health and fitness, you can receive coaching through an app and her signature program FHIIT method.

Alesha Courtney went through a journey of health and fitness before starting her online program. She grew up in New Jersey as an athlete and movement was always part of her life.

She attended Monmouth University as a health studies major. Post-college she began working with a nutritionist who put her on an elimination diet (free of gluten dairy artificial sweeteners etc). Growing up she dealt with digestive issues and fatigue. Her brain fog, fatigue, and bloating went away and she quickly became passionate about the foods we eat.

She received her Masters in clinical nutrition and became certified in personal training. While in her Master’s program, she did a holistic health coaching program and started her first nutrition coaching business.

Being so busy ended in burnout. She realized how important it was to take care of herself first before others. She opened up a fitness studio that incorporated nutrition, personal training, and classes. After being in business for six years, she had to close her studio due to Covid. Not discouraged she moved her business online.

Her business motto is “for the busy b*tch who wants to get fit”. Her signature program FHIIT method, is a monthly membership to help busy women go from “having no idea how to lose weight and feeling exhausted every day to losing inches and boosting energy with quick workouts and back-to-basics nutrition”.

Her website includes a library of workouts that don’t require a gym membership, monthly recipes, and a community of other women so they don’t feel alone in their journey. Her mission is to create a program that actually works and gets real results without starvation and hours of cardio.

For more information check out her Website, Instagram, and TikTok.
