My October in New Jersey:

I started out the month at AR Workshop in Downtown Red Bank making NJ themed art work for the home.

This hands on class was so much fun! I highly recommend it.

I ate a lot of new food in October including visits to a whole bunch of diners including White Diamond, the White Rose Diner, the Ritz Diner, and the Maple Leaf Diner in Maplewood.

In other food news, I got to try a pizza that had a garlic knot crust. Game changer.

I also got an awesome delivery from Pick a Bon Bon in the mail, which really made my day.

While in downtown Maplewood I explored a bunch of mom and pop shops. I love an independent book store!

I took a few trips into NYC via NJ Transit. I love Secaucus Junction Train Stain…

I got a chance to be a vendor at a craft show held at the Adventure Aquarium.

While I was there I hung out with the hippos…

Penguins…

and the Sharks. It was a great day!

I also got to celebrate for 2nd time being a vendor at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market!

I ate all the food at the Madison Food Truck Festival. I think we sampled from at least 6 different trucks as well as a truck for dog treats to bring home for Frankie and Holly. So much fun!

I attended the Taste of Hope event to raise money for American Cancer Society. I was on the board this year and it was amazing seeing the event come together.

We did a masquerade theme and had some of the area’s best restaurants in attendance. Be sure to follow us for next year’s 5 annual event!

A great way to end out the month was with some Halloween fun! I loved being a vendor at Rahway’s annual Halloween event!

Not to mention they have amazing floats for their parade, including this Harry Potter display. So cool!
