Skylands Stadium Christmas Lights Show – Now  – December 30th
Experience a spectacular Christmas Light Show at Skylands Stadium! Drive through a 1-mile course of breathtaking displays set to joyous holiday music. They will have more than 2 MILLION LIGHTS for your viewing pleasure.

Adventure Aquarium Christmas Celebration – Now  – December 30th
Adventure Aquarium’s Christmas Celebration will feature larger-than-life decorations, twinkling lights, glowing trees, and gently falling snow – not to mention 8,500 super cool animals and two million gallons of fun. Festivities include exciting live shows, daily appearances by Scuba Santa in our Ocean Realm exhibit, character appearances, and more!

All Aboard DiDonato’s Magical Holiday Express  – Now – December 31st
All aboard a magical train ride through an enchanted Holiday Town. Guests of all ages can enjoy an outdoor train ride through a magical Christmas village with millions of lights. Santa and his elves have a special gift for all the children when you visit his workshop. More lights and more surprises are planned for this year’s experience.

Turtle Back Zoo Holiday Lights – Now – January 1st
About 50 animal and holiday-themed figures will light up the winter night in Turtle Back Zoo and the surrounding Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex. Over 100,000 lights will illuminate figures of bears, tigers and elephants, along with holiday lights designed to look like wooden soldiers, stars and winter scenes. Several animal exhibits will be open, including the Sea Lion Sound, Essex Farm, Tam-ring Gibbons Reserve, Tropical Currents Aquarium and the Reptile Building. Myrtle the Turtle, the mascot of Turtle Back Zoo, and several of his winter friends will be on hand to greet visitors at the Zoo. “Selfies” with Santa Claus and a mailbox where children can send letters to Santa Clause at the North Pole will be available each night until December 23rd.

Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland at Van Saun Park is northern New Jersey’s premier winter event featuring open air ice skating, a kids zone ice rink, hospitality tent, children’s games and activities, unlimited carousel rides, zoo events, food trucks an indoor/outdoor beer garden and the Bergen County Express Train Ride! Asbury Park Punk Rock Flea Market – December 30th
Asbury Park Punk Rock Flea Market returns to Convention Hall on the boardwalk!! As always, they have over 125 amazing and unique vendors and 4 bands playing upstaris at the Overlook.

Real Time Tour of the Battle of Princeton – December 31st
A real time historical tour of the Battle of Princeton, led by military historian William P. Tatum III, PhD. Dr. Tatum will be joined by other re-enactors of various Congressional regiments to show us exactly where, when, and why events unfolded that chilly morning in 1777. Experience the battle, minute by minute, at the same time of day, and in similar weather conditions. Learn how the Battle of Princeton, as it occurred, was not at all what Washington was expecting. Learn from where the Continental Line approached the battle. Learn how these momentous events transpired and were the culmination of the Ten Crucial Days Campaign that changed history.

Food Trucks & Fireworks: Fire & Ice–  January 1st
Celebrate the first day of the New Year with food trucks, family-friendly programs, and fireworks. Explore the Seaport and enjoy complimentary admission for all. Fireworks at 6pm over the lake sponsored by the Pinelands 4th of July Celebration Committee! Beach chairs and blankets welcomed.
