8th Annual Skate for Wishes – Dec 31
Skate for Wishes is an annual event hosted at Flyers Skate Zone in Atlantic City which benefits the Make-A-Wish® Foundation of New Jersey. This event gives people the opportunity to ring in the New Year by going ice skating while helping to grant wishes for children suffering with life threatening medical conditions.

First Night Ocean County in Seaside Heights – Dec 31
Mark your calendar for New Year’s Eve and a family celebration with local businesses along the Boardwalk from noon – 5 pm. Fun and games for the entire family! Fireworks at 5 pm.

First Night Morris County – Dec 31
Come and join us for over 80 performances at 24 venues throughout Morristown ranging from dance and comedy to music and children’s performers. The event has showcased rock and roll, classical, blues, jazz, opera, and choral music, just to name a few, and attendees return year after year to see their favorite performers and new artists for the first time. Fireworks light up the sky at 9 pm with a grand finale firework display at midnight!

New Year’s Day with the Garden State Philharmonic – Jan 1
Borrowing from Viennese tradition, Maestro Anthony LaGruth and the GSP will kick off 2016 with a musical celebration. The joyous selections will be as light as champagne bubbles, with both contemporary and classical pieces. A buffet brunch includes juices, egg casserole, fruits, sausage, French toast, bakery delights, fruit salad, and of course, strong coffees and teas! Mimosas and Bloody Marys are optional. Tickets must be purchased in advance

Grease is the word and the audience gets to sing all of them! Join in on the fun and sing along to all of the songs of the classic movie musical Grease, starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.
