Diner Round Up – Edison Diner

photo 1

The Edison Diner in Edison, NJ is located right off of Route 1 by AMC theaters.

The diner is not a typical diner by New Jersey standards, and I’m basing that on appearances alone. It’s more of a fancy looking diner with a pretty fancy menu. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go there if you’re not fancy, I am not fancy, but just be aware that it is FANCY.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and although it was delicious it might have been the messiest sandwich I’ve ever eaten.

My one complaint about this diner is that they’re a little pricier than your average diner, not by much, just a very small margin.

This diner is 24 hours and nearby a lot of locations including Rutgers University so it’s a great spot for 2AM breakfast. You can also order online and pick up from there which is a big bonus.
