Working from a Coffee Shop: Coffee Corral in Red Bank, NJ
Open since 2012, Coffee Corral is a hot spot in Red Bank, NJ. This popular coffee shop is filled with regulars, friendly baristas, and a super cozy vibe.
I decided to work from there while I was in the Red Bank area in the late afternoon, and the place was packed! By 3pm the costumers did not stop rolling it, and I held on to my seat for dear life (and limited my work for 2 hours). For the future I know that it’s not the best place to work from due to limited space, but it is a great place to get coffee.
Things you can expect from their coffee menu is their freshly roasted coffee which is made on-site. They have almost fifteen different Single Origin coffees as well as New Orleans style coffee. Coffee is available by the cup or in bags to go. They also have espresso, iced coffee drinks, cold brew, organic teas, super food lattes, and smoothies.
Beverage #1: Purple Haze Latte
My purple haze latte, which I got with almond milk, is made with acai, coconut sugar, and cold brew. Definitely a unique option that I have not seen at a cafe so far! And it was delicious!
At the Coffee Corral, they only buy green beans considered to be specialty coffee quality. As members of the SCAA (Special Coffee Association of America) they uphold the highest of standards in selecting their green coffee, roasting, cupping, and brewing. At any given time, they have anywhere from 15 to 20 different single origins from across the world in our store, all meeting SCAA standards of coffee. Be sure to visit often for their seasonal offerings!
Not only is their coffee delicious, it’s also pretty! Each cup is made with care!

Food wise they also serve a display case of pastries from scones, muffins, cookies, etc as well as egg sandwiches and super food toasts. Their food menu also takes care of their vegan and dairy free customers. (Their vegan muffins looked AMAZING)
Beverage #2: Peanut Butter Protein Blast
This smoothie is made with almond milk, peanut butter, banana, cold brew, and chocolate sauce. This really hit all my sweet cravings, and was great to have as a meal replacement before hitting the gym.
Because they are small and popular, they offer a text ahead service for those who are in a rush. They also have an online shop with free shipping from $30+.

PS: I left Coffee Corral extremely caffeinated (fingers crossed I go to bed at a reasonable time).
