The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market – This Sunday, Nov 9th

This Sunday, November 9th,  I will be attending the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market for the third time! I’m so excited!

This is the perfect time to shop for the holidays by supporting local businesses. I’m also hoping to find a gift for my 85-year-old grandmom (grandmom is cool).

The first 250 people in the door will receive a FREE Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market “Black Swag Bag” that’ll be loaded with goodies and other cool stuff such as records, t-shirts, jewelry, handmade items, hand made soap and more (items vary per bag). Most of which is donated directly from the vendors! Be sure to check out your bag when you get one for money saving coupons that you can use at the flea market!

FREE PARKING will be in the County Parking Lot located on South Broad Street (signs will be posted) right around the corner from the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market.

Food Trucks that will be in attendance are: El Lechon de Negron, The Tot Cart, Oink and Moo BBQ, Cupcake Carnivale, The Taco Truck, Food Truck 7 (Healthy, seasonal eats), Just Jackie’s Food Truck, Surf and Turf Truck and Fired Up Flatbread Company.

For this event they are accepting donations for the Trenton Animal Shelter. So, if you attend please donate!

About the Trenton Rock Flea Market (from their website):

The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market is a punk rock-inspired flea market that takes  place three times per year. We include vendors selling everything from vintage clothing, original artwork, antiques, silkscreened posters and handmade jewelry to handmade t-shirts, vintage toys, vinyl (of course) and numerous other interesting curiosities and unique collectibles.

photo 2(3)The TPRFM hosted our first event in January 2013 and welcomed just over 50 vendors and 2,000 attendees in a small urban art gallery. Fast forward to November of that same year and we hosted more than 200 vendors from around the tri-state area (NJ, NYC, PA, DE, MD), gourmet food trucks, live graffiti murals, a live DJ and more than 4,500 people as we rocked the Historic Roebling Machine Shop building (once the factory that created the wire rope for, as well as designed, the Brooklyn Bridge).

We embrace a life-long love of punk rock and hardcore, DIY ethics, the arts, tattoos, copious amounts of coffee, the occasional shot of Jameson and a solid, well-styled quiff. We hope you’ll join us at the next Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market!
