Sage Diner in Mount Laurel: Review
Located on Route 73 in Mount Laurel, the Sage Diner is a lovely family owner diner owned by the Roustas Family (who also owns the Jersey Diner in Cinnaminson).
I visited the Sage Diner for breakfast on my way to an event. Their breakfast menu (which is served all day) has everything from farm fresh eggs, pancakes, challah french toast, breakfast quesadillas, and more.
Since it was Fall, and since they had it, I embraced the weather and got a pumpkin Belgian waffle. So good! It held me over until dinner time.
My husband got the “Sage Slam” which was basically all the breakfast on one plate. Eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, toast etc. We was also full until dinner time.
And let’s not forget coffee! Is there anything better than diner coffee?
I peaked at the rest of the menu and was really into it! They have homemade soups (including a crab bisque), awesome salads, steak sandwiches, seafood, Greek specialties, and stir fry! They definitely have something for everyone.
And lets not forget their famous bakery! They Roustas family is known for their cookies, cheesecakes, and famous diner cakes. If you have room, definitely splurge on a dessert (or take something home with you)
