Three Cheers for the Red, White & Blue! Enjoy Fireworks and Food Trucks in Teaneck July 1st
The Red, White and Blue Food Truck and Music Fest will kick off the July 4th weekend with an extravaganza of food, live music, entertainment, and activities for all ages. The event will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at the picturesque front lawn of the Teaneck Armory located at 1799 Teaneck Ave.
This family-friendly celebration promises a day filled with excitement and enjoyment. Attendees will be treated to a delightful selection of flavors from 17 gourmet food trucks, ensuring a culinary adventure for every taste bud. From Angry Archies to Uncle Sals Gourmet Eggrolls, the participating trucks will offer an array of mouthwatering dishes that will leave visitors craving for more.
In addition to the delectable food options, guests will be entertained throughout the day by live music performances from Country Fresh and The Counterfeiters. The lively tunes will create a vibrant atmosphere, encouraging attendees to put on their dancing shoes and groove along to the beat.
The event will also feature a beer, sangria, and margarita garden, offering a refreshing variety of beverages for adults to enjoy. Lone Eagle Beer will showcase their popular brews, including the Flemington Fog IPA, Summer Honey Blonde, Station House lager, and Sour. Senor Sangria will be serving both red and white sangria, while margaritas and daiquiris, both regular and strawberry, will be available for those craving a cocktail. For a fruity twist, visitors can try the Strawberry Vodka Lemonade.
Families are in for a treat as the festival provides a wide range of activities for children. Pony rides, a petting zoo, knockerball, inflatables, mini golf, bungee trampoline, face painting, and sand art will keep the little ones entertained and enthralled throughout the day.
As a gesture of support to the community, organizers kindly request all attendees to bring a non-perishable canned or boxed item to help support the food pantry, extending a helping hand to those in need.
Admission to the festival is priced at $5, and children under the age of 5 can enter for free. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome to join in the fun. A large parking lot is conveniently available on the premises, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating, such as chairs and blankets, to ensure maximum comfort.
