Cumberland County Fair
Now through July 9

You’re invited to join the Cumberland County Fairs that return to Cumberland County. The Cumberland County Cooperative Fair Board Association, headed up by Fair Board President, Donald Schultz, promises the Fair is back and will have something for everyone. The County Fair is one of the highlights of the summer and brings thousands of families from throughout the state and county.

Wildwood Crest Sand Sculpting Festival
July 8, 9AM – 2PM

Grab your buckets and shovels and head to the beach at Heather Road in Wildwood Crest and get ready to create works of art in the sand! This amateur and semi-pro sand sculpting contest is hosted by professional world-renowned sand sculptor Matt Long, a former cast member of the Travel Channel’s SandMasters, and “Can You Dig It!” Sand Tools. FREE to all participants and spectators. Fun activities featured at this year’s festival include live music, beach games, and family entertainment. Sculptures will be judged on creativity, execution, composition and overall presentation, and prizes will be awarded to the top three winners in each division. Rain or shine.

Trenton Circus Squad presents Big Top Tour 2022
July 8 & 9

Trenton Circus Squad returns to Cooper’s Poynt Waterfront Park for its 2022 Big Top Tour, an annual residency that features public performances by its Youth Squad members. Each summer, the group travels around New Jersey presenting daring feats by trained teen performers, including dazzling acrobatics, high-wire walking, and unicycle stunts. This year’s tour features a new Big Top Tent created by Canobbio Textile, an Italian company known for manufacturing tents for global circus powerhouse, Cirque du Soleil. Trenton Circus Squad aims to inspire young people across New Jersey to take big leaps in life through their free circus programs, where they learn how to cooperate, push themselves, and serve their community – all through the astonishing practice of circus arts.

New Jersey State Barbecue Championship™ and the Angelsea Blues Festival
July 8 – 10

The New Jersey State Barbecue Championship℠ is a three-day open-air festival featuring championship barbecue competitions; live cooking demonstrations, special displays, and food and beverage vendors to satisfy every taste and appetite. The Anglesea Blues Festival℠ features both national and regional blues musicians and is held in conjunction with the New Jersey State Barbecue Championship℠. Throughout the weekend, free live entertainment is featured on an outdoor main stage and additional acts in neighboring establishments.

“Best in Show” Pet Party

It’s the 2nd Annual “Best in Show” Pet Party! Pet-themed vendors will be set up and ready for shoppers with local offerings ranging from pet services, accessories, home decor and more! At 2pm there will be a Pup Stru with have three contest categories: Biggest, Smallest, and Best Costume; sign-ups will be located at our Info Tent beginning at 10am and closing at 1:30pm; it is $5/per pet, per category; proceeds will be going to a local shelter in need! They will also be collecting items for our local shelters…we will have a collection bin set up at our Info Tent; currently seeking these donations: Dog + Cat Food, Chlorine Bleach, Cat Litter, Food Bowls, Litter Pans, Blankets, Towels, Treats and Toys.

1st Annual Fireman’s Fair
July 9, 11AM – 10PM

Come on out and support your local fire department while enjoying the summer air! There will be several bands playing throughout the day including “The Nerds”! There will also be food trucks, a beer tent, carnival rides, games and many vendors to explore! Bring the whole family and have a great time! Hands will be stamped for re entry if you want to come do the carival in the morning and come back at night for the music!

Clinton Township Food Truck and Music Fest
July 9, 11AM – 7PM

15 gourmet food trucks, Live Music, vendors, beer, margarita & sangria garden, kid activities including pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, sand art, knockerball, hatchet throwing, bounce house, slide & so much more! Event is being held at Bundt Park. Bring your appetite, friends, family, lawn chairs, pups and blankets!

Second Saturday in Collingswood
July 9, 5PM

Enjoy live music and art all over Collingswood! Second Saturday was started by a collection of store owners that had an interest in promoting the arts in Collingswood. Each month from March to December visitors can plan a night on the town to experience the unique arts, music, shopping and dining Collingswood is known for. As always, Second Saturdays are free and there are local artists and musicians on each block. Just arrive & enjoy the culture.
