Is your favorite four-letter word FREE? Of course, it is! Good thing there’s plenty of free, fun entertainment going on in NJ all month long in July. Be sure to put these free events (which include fireworks, free movies, festivals, and more) on your calendar.

Due to the ongoing restrictions and safety regulations with Covid-19, please verify these events before attending in case of any last-minute cancellations. And always check the weather!

Enjoy the sounds of your New Jersey Symphony under the stars! An inspiring performance by the New Jersey Symphony Youth Orchestra’s Henry Lewis Concerto Competition winner rounds out this concert of favorites the whole family will love.

Blueberry Summer Fest Saturday Markets will run All Blueberry Season Long at Whitesbog! Order a plant, a flat of fresh local blueberries, local blueberry pie in advance. Enjoy a night out in town with free music as you stroll, eat, and relax at outdoor venues around town featuring live musicians. Talented jazz groups play and entertain each Tuesday evening through August with Wednesday rain dates. Bands will play at various locations: on Central Avenue in front of Banana Republic, the lawn in front of the North Avenue Train Station, Elm Street in front of the Baptist Church, and in Foundation Park across the street from 439 South Avenue West (near the corner of South Avenue Weast and Westfield Avenue).
