Warren County Farmers’ Fair and Balloon Festival

The Warren County Farmers’ Fair featuring the Hot Air Balloon Festival is a cherished family tradition that offers a unique blend of agricultural exhibits and modern entertainment. The event features an array of attractions, including demolition derbies, hay bale rolling in the Agricultural Olympics, and mass hot air balloon launches every evening. Visitors can enjoy tethered balloon rides, carnival rides, and various children’s activities at the Kids Corral. Monmouth County Fair

There will be a variety of shows and exhibits, including 4-H showcases, thrilling rides provided by Campy’s Blue Star Amusements, and live music on the main stage. You won’t want to miss Robinson’s Racing Pigs, the Bwana Jim Wildlife Show, and The Raptor Project. For some laughs and impressive skills, check out Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy and Aaron Bonk’s Fire, Whips & Danger Tricks. Get ready to be amazed by the Flying Fools High Diving Show and capture fun memories at Goodwin’s Good Time Photo Booth. Additionally, you’ll find living history displays, home and garden demonstrations, and interactive displays by the Monmouth County Park System. Howdy partner! Pull on those boots and grab your hat, it’s time for a hoedown. On July 23rd, join #LSCAfterDark for Country Fest. There will be a BRAND NEW Ella Langley Laser Show to celebrate one of the newest, hottest artists on the scene. Moths in Art + Culture: Presentation and Dance Performance

It’s not always about butterflies! In celebration of National Moth Week, Entomologist Alexander N. Rudin presents Moths in Art and Culture. From the macabre Death’s-head hawkmoth to the revered silkworm moth, from the legendary Mothman to the titanic Mothra, Rudin will take you on a journey through 6,000 years of moths’ impact in culture. This program, free and open to the public, includes a special Flamenco dance tribute to silkworms by Lisa Botalico featuring Spanish silk shawls. See the art, hear the stories, experience the dance!

Gloucester County Fair
July 23 – 26
The Gloucester County 4-H Fair, held the last full weekend in July, brings the charm of an “old-time country fair” with animal shows, great food, BBQ dinners, and outstanding vendors. The fair offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including a baby parade, baby crawling race, mullet contest, frying pan toss, and tire toss. Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment, agricultural exhibits, and 4-H children’s accomplishments. Highlights include live bands, a miniature horse meet and greet, horse pulls, and dog obedience demonstrations, making it a perfect summer tradition.

City of Water Day

Now in its 19th year, City of Water Day — taking place this year on Saturday, July 25 — is a region-wide day organized by Waterfront Alliance and New York–New Jersey Harbor & Estuary Program (HEP), to champion a climate-resilient New York and New Jersey harbor. Dozens of communities across all five boroughs, Westchester and Rockland counties, and New Jersey will host events on and near the water that celebrate the importance of a resilient and equitably shared waterfront. Party With Purpose 5K and After Party

Party With Purpose 5K is back! As one of the biggest races in Hoboken, this event supports local youth charities, including Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County, HOPES, Mile Square Theater and Community Lifestyle. After the kids of the Boys and Girls Club and other charities have their fun in the afternoon, the evening kicks off with 500+ runners on Pier A with the best waterfront views during the 5K. Immediately upon finishing the race, the after party begins with a live DJ and a beer/wine garden along the pier.
