31st Annual Highlands Clam Fest Set for July 31 – August 2
Summer at the Jersey Shore is hitting its peak as the Highlands Business Partnership prepares to host a cherished community tradition: the 31st Annual Highlands Clam Fest.
The three-day celebration runs from Friday, July 31st through Sunday, August 2nd at Huddy Park, located at the corner of Bay and Waterwitch Avenues. Known as a staple of the local summer calendar, this family-friendly event promises fresh seafood, vibrant entertainment, and activities for visitors of all ages.
Visitors can look forward to a variety of food trucks, traditional festival favorites like the Lions Club’s legendary funnel cakes, and a lively Beer, Wine, and Sangria Garden located right at the corner of Waterwitch and Bay Avenues.
The event features live music and entertainment all weekend long. On Friday, July 31st, festival hours are 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Jo & the Highland Express taking the stage at 7:00 PM.
On Saturday, August 1st, the grounds are open from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, featuring performances by Johnny Five is Alive at 3:00 PM and The Discoteks at 7:00 PM. Saturday night will also feature a spectacular 31st Anniversary fireworks display over Snug Harbor Beach at 10:00 PM, presented by Serpico Pyrotechnics.
The weekend wraps up on Sunday, August 2nd, with festival hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a performance by The Jonzes at 5:00 PM.
