170th Anniversary Baseball Game
If your dad loves baseball, then he’s sure to love this! Hoboken, NJ is home to the first ever organized game of baseball on June 9, 1846. Hoboken Historical Museum will commemorate this event by recreating the mid 19th-century game. Go Hoboken Nine!

Father’s Day Sangria Picnic Weekend at Westfall Winery
Pack up the kids, dogs, your favorite activities and head to Westfall for a day on the farm. Sample award winning wines. Purchase a glass of wine or Sangria made from their Spanish Passion. Sip some wine or Sangria and enjoy your family and picnic on one of theit scenic picnic spots.

Freshwater Fishing Derby at Monmouth Parks
Whether your dad loves to fish or always wanted to learn, the Freshwater Fishing Derby is the perfect place for him! This will be the park system’s third annual fishing derby for beginners and experienced fishermen. There will be a free fishing clinic from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm where staff can show participants how to cast and rig, and answer any questions you might have. This could be the start of a new hobby that you and Dad can bond over!

Devil’s Creek Brewery’s FIRST EVER MEN ONLY EVENT!!! Sunday, June 19th, from noon to 3pm! In honor of Father’s Day, they are hosting this special private event and lunch just for the guys! Come and enjoy 3 courses of delectable Italian food paired with Devil’s Creek Brewery’s handcrafted beers!!! Catering is by the one and only Chef Franco Lombardo of Collingswood’s Sapori. He has created a masterful menu including appetizers, a main course and dessert. Three beers will be poured in 10 oz. servings for each guest to accompany each course. You are more than welcome to purchase a pint to enjoy if time allows or a growler-to-go of your favorite beer after our event – makes a great Father’s Day gift too!
