Lighthouse International Film Festival – June 9 – 12
The Lighthouse International Film Festival was founded by a collection of filmmakers, film critics and film industry professionals who share a passion for film and wanted to create an event aimed first and foremost at film enthusiasts. The 2016 festival will present feature films, shorts, documentaries and family films, as well as panel discussions with leading film industry professionals. Taking place on Long Beach Island, NJ — one of the East Coast’s most popular surfing destinations — the festival celebrates three days of new, exciting and challenging films in honor of Long Beach Island’s historic Barnegat Lighthouse.

Big Greek Festival – June 10 – 12
Big Greek Festival, held annually for 46 years this year, offers a welcoming venue to have fun with kids in Morris County, while also offering a firsthand view of the rich cultural heritage and tastes of Greece. During the festival, everyone’s a Greek: Try all kinds of fresh dishes and delicacies, while sampling Greek wines and liquors, view live entertainment or shop with marketplace vendors. and tour our church.

Wildwood Beer Fest – June 10 & 11
The Wildwood Beer Fest is a beer tasting event to celebrate the art of locally brewed craft beer. Located in Fox Park, between E. Burk and E. Montgomery Aves in Wildwood, NJ – in it’s 2nd year this festival will be equally exciting for the brew aficionado and novice alike. A ticket into the event grants you access to 100+ brews, a commemorative tasting cup, live tunes, delicious food, craft vendors and special exhibits. Beer sampling is unlimited with your ticket, food and merchandise is available for purchase. Entrance will only be permitted to ticket holders 21 or older with a valid ID, no exceptions will be allowed.

AnimeNext – June 10 -12
AnimeNEXT is the largest independently organized anime convention in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.The convention features Japanese creators of anime and manga, voice actors from anime series, Japanese musical acts, artists, vendors and exhibits, panels, workshops, and gaming. Events all focus on aspects of anime, manga, and Japanese culture. Pour Into Summer Wine Festival – June 11 & 12
Fifth Annual Pour into Summer Wine Festival Creates Great Pairing for Beach Weekend
For the fifth year, the Pour Into Summer Wine Festival will give beach lovers and wine lovers a perfect pairing on Long Beach Island at the Taylor Ave Ball field in Beach Haven, on Saturday, June 11 from 1 pm – 7 pm and Sunday, June 12 from Noon – 4pm.
Featuring the best of the Garden State’s wineries who will be providing samples, as well as selling by bottle and case of over 200 varietals ranging from clean, crisp whites to robust red wines and refreshing fruit wines. Many wineries will be unveiling their newest summer wine offerings, which will certainly include the first of the season’s summer sangria.
The Pour Into Summer Wine Festival offers something for everyone – wonderful NJ wines, fabulous live bands, unique artisan crafters, delectable local cuisine – as well as the adjacent Beach Bums Corvette Show.

Medford Art, Wine, Music Festival & Classic Car Show – June 12
From Classic Cars to Great Wine, Beer and Food, Main Street welcomes the Medford Art, Wine & Music Festival on the second Sunday in June. The much-treasured cars from the Medford Lakes Corvette Club will line the south end of Main Street. Their owners will be on hand to describe the cars’ capabilities and maybe brag a little about their preservation. The Art, Wine & Music Festival will run from 11 AM to 4 PM along Main Street from Branch Street to South Street. It includes many South Jersey wineries serving tastes of their finest along with a local brewery sampling beers, food vendors selling everything from wraps and burgers to kettle corn, and dozens of artists and crafters showing and selling their works. The event is free, with wine/beer tasting costing $10 per person.
