Movies Under the Stars – The Goonies
September 18, 7PM – 11PM

Enjoy a night out with the classic 80s movie, the Goonies! You can watch the movie from your car or bring some chairs and watch tailgate-style. Come early to enjoy DJ spun music and food and beverages from the various food trucks that will be onsite.

Six Flags Great Adventure’s Hallowfest Kick Off Weekend
September 18 – 20

Six Flags Great Adventure is still bringing back the boos this Halloween with the spirited fun of HALLOWFEST, presented by Snickers®. This year expect to find fun for all ages including an outdoor maze, pumpkin patch lane, trick or treat trail, chills by night, and much more. At HALLOWFEST, the terror will be reimagined by adding safety precautions to reduce the spreading of both human and zombie germs. All guests will be required to make a reservation to avoid overcrowding.

Historic Smithville Art Walk
September 19 (Rain Date Sept 20), 10 AM – 5PM

More than 75 artists participate in the annual Art Walk held at the Smithville Village. But, it’s not just an art show – each event features music, entertainment, contests, and special guests. Join for what has become the largest assemblage of proudly offbeat artists in Jersey! Artists will be raising money to benefit Atlantic County Canines.

The Historic Village at Allaire’s Apple & Fall Festival
September 19, 11AM – 4PM
The Harvest has been gathered and now it is time for the families of the Howell Iron Works to relax. Please join the villagers in celebrating the harvest and try your hand at apple cider pressing, apple pie baking contest, strolling villagers, historic demonstrations, games and historic hat making for kids, hearth cooking with apple recipes, militia demonstrations, old fashioned games, music and so much more! There will be demonstrations of blacksmithing, carpentry, fiber arts, tinsmithing & weaving throughout the day.

Pick Your Own Pumpkins at Demarest Farms
Septemeber 19 & 20

Demarest Farms is Bergen County NJ’s only pick your own peach, apple, and pumpkin farm, located in Hillsdale NJ, with fresh farm produce & baked goods! This is the first weekend they will be hosting their Pick Your Own Pumpkins Event,

Sea Isle City Fall Family Festival
September 20, 9AM – 1:30PM

History-buffs and auto-enthusiasts will flock to display and admire scores of vintage vehicles while enjoying live music. At 1pm, trophies will be presented to the winners of the Antique Auto Show. Then, each of the vehicles entered in the auto show will parade through town, bringing this year’s Skimmer Festival to a spectacular close.

Taste of Atlantic Highlands

Explore all of Atlantic Highlands downtown businesses and restaurants and “taste” your way through! The event is a fantastic way to experience the eclectic atmosphere and unique restaurants and businesses along the First Avenue Business District. Guests will enjoy a ‘taste’ from each participant, and special sales and promotions will be held by stores along the route.
