Top Ten New Jersey Events for March 16th – 18th, 2018:

Millville Third Friday – Art Walk – March 16th
Every Third Friday of Every Month. Art Walk, live music, shopping, dining and theatre. Enjoy all the new art exhibitions, live music and great food. Family Fun with our “Pot-of-Gold” Scavenger Hunt! Pick up a picture-clue sheet at most shops and galleries. Go on the “hunt” and match the picture-clues with an object in the businesses. Get your entry form stamped at each location and drop off at any participant by end of evening. Winner receives a large gift basket! In case of a tie, winner will be selected at random.

The SOMA Film Festival – March 16th – 18th
The SOMA Film Festival features and supports independent and emerging filmmakers. We believe that independent film can change the way people experience the world. Set in the bucolic and artistically rich enclaves of Maplewood and South Orange, NJ, just thirty minutes from Manhattan, the three-year-old festival has the warmth and spirit of a small town mixed with the creative force of a big city.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Parade – March 17th
A ceremony will begin on the front steps of North Wildwood City Hall beginning at 11:30 am. A festive parade will begin at noon and proceeds north on Atlantic Ave. to Olde NJ Ave. Participants include VFW Color Guard, Vietnam Veterans of America, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Irish Pipe Brigade, Emerald Society, Miss North Wildwood, Queen Oceania, Anglesea Irish Society, Sheriff Mounted Patrol, local school bands, and much more! FREE to attend.

15th Annual Celebration and Parade!

St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast at Double Nickel – March 17th
This St. Patrick’s Day Double Nickel is opening at 10am for an Irish Breakfast Party featuring The Irish Chinstrap breakfast stout, barrel aged coffee beans, Irish-inspired pizzas, nitro cold brew and more! No tickets required, just bring your drinkin’ belly and rock some shamrocks!

Jersey Shore Toy Show – March 18th
A collectibles show and sale featuring 75+ tables of vintage and modern toys, comic books, video games, and pop culture inspired work from local artists, crafters, and makers. The 501st Legion: Northeast Remenant, a Star Wars costuming group, will be in attendance,free photo ops will be available. Action figures, diecast cars and trucks, dolls, model kits, monsters, playsets, robots, slot cars, trains, and toy soldiers from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s through today. Delaware River Towns Restaurant Week – March 18th – 22nd
Residents and visitors will be able to enjoy special prix fixe dinners at dozens of local restaurants. Restaurants from Lambertville, New Hope, Centre Bridge, Frenchtown, Lumberville, Stockton, Washington Crossing, and Point Pleasant will offer either a $35 prix fixe fine-dining menu or a $25 prix fixe casual-dining menu during the five-day celebration of the Delaware River Towns’ best eateries. Cuisines represented include American, Italian, Southern and Cajun, French, Mexican and Peruvian, Cuban, and more.
