44th Annual Greek Festival
September 9 – 12 (Thursday Sept 9 6pm-10pm Friday Sept 10 5pm-12am, Saturday Sept 11 12pm-12am, Sunday Sept 12 12pm-7pm)
Join the fun at the 44th annual Greek Festival at St. Demetrios of Union. Be Greek for a weekend and you’ll love it! Authentic Greek food prepared on premises including soulvaki, gyro, pastries, and more. Plus live music, vendors, rides, and games.

New Year’s in North Wildwood
September 10 & 11, Rain date is Sunday, Sept 12th
Both the top Mummers Brigades AND top Mummers String Bands from the New Year’s Day Parade in Philadelphia will entertain crowds in the pub district of North Wildwood. The excitement kicks off Friday night at 6 p.m. with the Fancy Brigade Pub Crawl through local drinking establishments in the North Wildwood Entertainment District. A colorful Mummers parade will begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday along Olde New Jersey Avenue where you can get up-close views of the beautiful costumes and intricate dance steps.

Chester’s 47th Annual Fall Craft Show
September 10 & 11
Over 200+ Tents Filled with the Finest Handmade Crafts. The most talented artisans on the East Coast will exhibit and sell their unique hand-crafted creations at the upcoming Chester Fall Craft Show, which will take place on September 10th and 11th at Municipal Field and Perry Street in Chester, NJ. This year marks the 47th anniversary of the award-winning ‘rain or shine’ weekend event, which is produced by the Historic Chester Business Association (HCBA).

The Trucks are rolling into Manville! Food! Beer! Music! Fun! It’s a fun filled family day! 20 delicious Gourmet Food Trucks, beer, margarita & sangria garden, Live Music, 50/50, axe throwing, kid activities including Pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, knockerball, inflatables, sand art & so much more! A Benefit for The Manville Youth Athletic League. Plus a special presentation to the Manville Police, Fire, and EMS in honor of the 20th Anniversary of 9/11.

South Jersey Apple Fest
September 11 & 12
The South Jersey Apple Fest, a two-day, apple themed festival, that will celebrate the beginning of the apple harvest season. This festival will be packed full of delicious desserts offered by Food Vendors at the show. Non-professional bakers are invited to enter their best apple dessert in our “Everything Apple Dessert Contest” on Saturday at 2pm. After judging, families visiting the festival will have the opportunity to sample the entries for free. The Apple Mascot will make an appearance both days and will be available for photos. Over 85 talented artists and crafters will offer amazing works from clothing to ceramics, paintings, pottery, glasswork, soaps, candles, quilting, woodworking, wreaths to handcrafted jewelry. Rows and rows of canopies will line the walkways.

Bridgewater Community Day Featuring Touch-a-Truck

Bridgewater Township and the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum JCC present its annual Bridgewater Community Day Featuring Touch-a-Truck. The event is free and open to the entire community and includes music, trucks, inflatables, and more. Children may explore emergency vehicles, construction trucks, and a medical rescue helicopter. Kids’ activities include inflatables, a game truck, and kids’ crafts, including face painting. There are JCC fitness class demos, live music, and food is available for purchase. Dogs on leashes with current vaccinations are welcome to attend.

Bergen County Food & Wine Festival 2021
September 12, 12PM – 6PM
On Sunday, September 12th, over 70 Restaurants will serve up Bergen County’s finest fare, complete with beer, wine and spirit tastings both local and from around the world. Entertainment, cooking demonstrations and competitions will only add to this celebration of Bergen County’s incredible culinary scene.
