Boonton’s Fireman’s Carnival and Parade
September 2 – 5
Rides, live music on Thursday through Sunday with a Boonton Fire Department Labor Day Parade on Saturday. The rain date for the parade will be September 6.

Glassboro Car Show & Food Truck Festival
September 3rd, 5PM – 9PM

The Annual Car show drives into Glassboro on September 3,. For the 16th year in a row, car enthusiasts will gather in Glassboro, New Jersey at the Glassboro Car Show & Food Truck Festival, the premier car show in South Jersey. The viewing area will be on Rowan Boulevard in Downtown Glassboro and an anticipated 5,000 attendees will have the opportunity to view over 300 vehicles while listening to live music, DJ Pepper Paul 92.1, and enjoying great food trucks and cold craft beer.

Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival

The 49th Annual Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival, produced by the Brandywine Friends of Old Time Music will take place on Labor Day Weekend, Sep 3-4-5 2021. For the full schedule, click here.

September 3 – 6, 10AM – 4PM each day

Head to shore for the weekend to see a Blackhawk Lifesaving Demo, Coast Guard Helicopter, an F-22 and P-51 Heritage Flight, and so much more. Plus live music, food, exhibitors, vendors, classic cars, and free face painting.

The Feast of St. Joseph of Lodi
September 3-6

St. Joseph Church in Lodi will hold their 106th Annual Saint Joseph Feast from Friday, September 3rd, through Labor Day, September 6th, located at the church grounds on Spring St.Come out for a weekend of fun featuring nightly entertainment, plenty of delicious festival food (including the best zeppole around!), exciting carnival rides for all ages, hourly and Super 50/50 raffles,  carnival games & prizes, and much more! Entertainment at the 2021 Feast will be DJ Blurred Lines on Friday, the R3 Brothers Band on Saturday, Ciao USA on Sunday, and DJ Express Entertainment on Labor Day. The festival will also have traditional accordion music every night. On Labor Day, there will be a solemn Mass in English and Italian at 4pm followed by a procession with the statue of St Joseph through the streets of Lodi.

2021 Trenton Pork Roll Festival
September 4, 10AM- 10PM
While smaller in scale, the Trenton Pork Roll MEATup at Trenton Social will still be big on meaty treats and entertainment. For the $5 entry fee, guests will enjoy a full day of live music, antics with mascot P-Roll, outdoor games, plus a full bar and special pork roll menu with creative dishes available for purchase. Instead of food trucks, guest chefs will create signature pork roll dishes just for this event!

Monmouth Park Racetrack BBQ & Craft Beer Festival
September 4 – 6, 11AM – 5PM

Dig in to the juiciest, most tender pulled pork, brisket and ribs the Jersey Shore has to offer and wash it down with an ice-cold beer! This Labor Day weekend from 11am to 5pm join for three days of delicious BBQ and a great selection of brews in the Craft Beer Garden featuring over 40 craft beers to choose from – the majority from right here in the Garden State. Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair
September 6 from 10 AM-5 PM
Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair hosted by the Borough of Riverdale will be held along the Newark Pompton Turnpike from Newbury Place to Cotluss Rd. from 10am-5pm. This annual event is held on Labor Day Monday. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party. If you like shopping outdoors then this is the place to be. Vendors, food, live music, and plenty of activities for kids and families.
