Christmas with Cheer
December 13 – 15

A Christmas musical. Christmas is here and the residents of Cocoa Beach know exactly how to celebrate. Except for one couple. Nothing a little Cheer won’t fix. Tickets are free. (Hope Center has been producing family friendly theater for more than 20 years)

Uncork Christmas
December 14, 11AM – 6PM
Have you ever wished there was a one-stop shop for all your wine and Christmas tree needs? Attendees will get to enjoy live music, food, and holiday decorations, and of course some wine tasting. There will be a selection of live Christmas trees, and with wine in hand, when you find the one, take it home or they will tag it and have it ready for next-day pick-up at nearby Secluded Acres Farm & Garden Center. Bring the kids for a check-in with Santa so he can get those wish list requests before heading back to the North Pole to finish preparing for his big night (parents, bring your cameras!). Enjoy wine tastings and listen to live music with plenty of holiday tunes. They will also have a selection of wreaths, holiday decorations, gift baskets and more.

Pitman Winter Village 2019
December 14, 5PM – 9PM

Visit Uptown Pitman and be transported to the charm of a Victorian Holiday! Find unique and handmade gifts in our stores and from more than 30 special vendors in our holiday shopping village. Visit Santa or ride the free trolley. Toast a marshmallow at one of the cheerful bonfires, try some wassail, and stroll along with Victorian costumed actors beneath the Holiday lights Uptown. This event is rain or shine. In the event of rain vendors will display their wares at Sunset Auditorium on Laurel Ave.

The 2nd Annual Marketspace at Westfield
December 14 & 15,  10AM – 6PM
The Marketspace at Westfield will be open during the first three consecutive weekends in December. This downtown storefront will feature a revolving selection of local, handmade wares and vintage collectibles. Don’t miss live entertainment, DIY craft classes for kids, and complimentary photos with Santa at The Marketspace at Westfield 2019.

Valenzano Winery’s Holly Jolly Weekend
December 14 & 15, 11AM – 4PM

“Cookies, Crafts, & Holiday Cheer – to Help Santa Along this Year!” Join Valenzano for one last stop on your holiday trail. They’ll be decking the halls and prepping the punch for a weekend of fresh baked Christmas sweets, holiday music and an array of artisan vendors who all hope to offer that perfect last minute addition to your list. Admission includes wine tasting, access to the vendors, and an opportunity to grab a table and your favorite bottle of wine and take in the afternoon’s seasonal joy. All tables & seating is first come/first serve – no additional seating or tables will be placed after we have hung our stockings, trimmed our trees, and commenced wassailing.

Wall Twp Christmas Light Show
December 14, 6:30PM and 8:30PM, December 15, 5:45PM and 7:30PM

The Christmas Light Show returns for the 2019 Christmas season for its 12th year. The Christmas Light Show’s tradition of charity will also continue; Raising4 will be collecting donations in appreciation of the show to support RallyCap Sports (Formally Challenged Youth Sports), www.rallycapsports.org. The show is free, however we suggest donations of $25 for a family of 4 and $10 for an individual adult. In past years fans have donated tens of thousands of dollars to RallyCap Sports each year.

Metuchen Cookie Walk
December 15, 8AM – 1PM
The #MetuchenCookieWalk was started in 2015 with a simple premise: bake, buy, give. Local residents bake thousands of cookies which are then sold at the Cookie Walk. Cookie Walk attendees purchase either a small ($10) or large ($20) box that they filled with these delicious homemade cookies. In 2017, over 14,000 homemade cookies were donated, raising over $8,100 for the Fuccile Foundation and local families in need. In 2019, the Metuchen Cookie Walk will once again collect non-perishable food donations for the First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen’s FPC Food Pantry.

Winter Wonderland Run
December 15, 11AM
The Highlands Business Partnership’s 1st Annual Winter Wonderland Run will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2019at 12PM. Registration is FREE and begins at 11AM. The event is sponsored by Windansea, 56 Shrewsbury Avenue, where the run will begin and end. There will be a post-run celebration with costume contests, live music and food and drink specials. They will be collecting toy donations for the Highlands Fire Department Toys For Tots program, and canned goods and non-perishable items for the food pantry.Costumes are mandatory! Santas, Elves, Reindeer, Grinches, Ugly sweaters, wear your craziest holiday attire! There will be a costume contest with cash prizes following the run! Categories include Best Family, Best Male, Best Female and Best Child!

Lights and Carols for a ‘Claus
December 15, 7PM – 8PM
The Iantosca Family invites the community to enjoy their incredible lights display to kick off the holiday season. This event is fun for the whole family and is for a great cLause! In addition to the lights and decorations on the front lawn, Joe and Joanne Iantosca will be joined by Howell HS Rebel Yell and the Rebellettes and most importantly Mr. & Mrs. Claus all the way from the North Pole!
