As 2019 comes to a close I wanted to show off the great photography featured on the New Jersey Isn’t Boring Instagram page! These photos ranged from beautiful nature photos, landmarks, beach pictures, rainbows and more!

1. Taken in Hope, NJ on a snowy day, @pat_plunkett captured this beautiful bird sitting in the snow! This photo was featured in February of 2019 and was the most liked photo on the NJIB Instagram page for the year! Congrats Pat!

2. Wow! @jtshimer captured the wolf moon in total eclipse on an a crystal clear and cold night sky over Long Beach Island. This photo was posted at the start of the year in January.

3. Friendly reminder: if you’re going to take pictures of lightning be careful. Congrats to @justindanielnungesser on his very first lightening photo that he took on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights. It was taken over the Summer in July…the perfect time to be at the beach…

5. Who knew the benefit of the cold weather would be hanging out with these guys? @kenjetpilot got a great picture of this adorable seals at Sandy Hook Bay in the beginnging of the year.

6. Another amazing lightning shot from the Summer, this time it’s a video from the Wildwood Boardwalk. The @wildwoodboardwalk took this great (and kind of scary) video of this crazy lightning storm over the Summer. Not only was it one of the most liked photos of the year, it got 14,823 views!

8. Back in April, it was tulip season! And @hollandridgefarms in Cream Ridge is a great place for seeing the tulips! This is definitely one of the more colorful photos on the NJIB page.
