Finally, premium caviar is available locally in New Jersey! After nearly two decades working on Wall Street, Masha Moro moved to NJ with her husband and two small boys, started her business, and hasn’t looked back.
“Caviar is the last thing from being boring” laughs Masha. “I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, and was used to eating the best caviar by the spoonfuls. Caviar was part of life, we didn’t wait for special occasions to enjoy it. When my family and I moved full time to Monmouth Beach, NJ, there was a lack of quality caviar around so I saw an opportunity which gave me an idea to open my business”.

“We also do private tasting events (family dinners to birthday parties and wedding showers etc.) where we educate people while they are tasting 3-4 different caviars as we give an overview of caviar and sturgeon history”.
