The Mexi-Boys Food Truck Offers A Full Vegan Menu + Their Traditional Mexican Menu
Mexican food is one of my favorite things to eat, and I’m always on the lookout for great places to dine. With a new Vegan inspired menu (in addition to their already awesome traditional menu), the Mexi-Boys is quickly becoming one of NJ’s more popular food trucks.
The Mexi-Boys, who are from Edison, NJ, travel throughout NJ, PA, and NY in their food truck to festivals, events, and farmer’s markets.
The truck, which features traditional Mexican food like taquitos, quesadillas, tamales (chicken & mole or chicken & salsa verde) also features their popular deep-fried burritos (steak, chicken, & spicy chicken) plus unique items like their “Mexi-Boys Cone”.
Recently the Mexi-Boys made a full vegan menu, taking a spin-off their regular menu with vegan-friendly options. The vegan menu mimics their traditional menu with additional options like a spicy vegan chicken sandwich and a vegan crabcake sandwich.
Currently, the truck is featured as the vegan food truck at Pier 13 in Hoboken in May and June.
For those who can’t make it out to one of the truck’s events, Mexi-Boys also offers catering! That way you can get traditional and vegan Mexican food right to your door.
