Rib Rumble at Zeppelin Hall until July 12th, 2015

When it comes to summertime comfort foods, ribs definitely tops the list. It’s time to get your hands dirty because Executive Chef Franco Robazetti will be cooking up a battle for your taste buds in many ways at Zeppelin Hall’s (88 Liberty View Dr,) Rib Rumble from now till Sunday July 12th. Don’t worry, no one has to weigh in and everyone is welcome. Take a jab at Pork Riblets ordered to your preference with 9 different flavors to choose from, Dino Bones Beef Short Ribs smoked for 6 hours, or St. Louis Ribs.

If you are trying to keep your hands clean, try the BBQ Ribs Boneless Burger or Smoked Beef Short Rib Sandwich which are both served on a brioche bun with Haus BBQ sauce, coleslaw, pickles and a side of French fries. Last, but not least on the menu, Tomahawk Steak. The only thing that will not rumble at the end is your stomach.

The rib selections go hand in hand with one of Zeppelin Hall’s European and American craft brews that flow through 144 taps to wash down some spicy perfection.
