Hello April! We are all in on Spring and events are really popping up in New Jersey. Now that it’s warmer, we can leave the house to explore what NJ has to offer (or not, you do you). Here are my top ten picks for April 8 – 10, 2022.

Two Bridges Wine, Beer & Spirits Trail Festival at Dalton Farms
April 9, 11AM – 6PM
The Two Bridges Wine, Beer, & Spirits Trail is a collective of wineries, breweries, and distilleries located in South Jersey. For incremental ticket purchase, guests attending Dalton Farms Tulips Festival 2022 Event can experience any of the 10 wineries, breweries, or distilleries from the Trail participating in the Festival. This event combines agritourism and beverage tourism in an effort to highlight the region and support small, local businesses in South Jersey.
There will be 3 wineries, 4 breweries, and 3 distilleries involved in the event. Drink tickets can be exchanged for a glass of wine, a cocktail, or beer of choice from any of the participating vendors. The participating vendors are as follows:

Red Bank Battlefield Spring Festival
April 9, 12PM – 4PM
Come out for a day of free, educational, family fun at the Red Bank Battlefield’s Spring Festival. The Revolutionary War-era James & Ann Whitall House museum will be open for tours. Red Bank Battlefield was the scene of a decisive battle, and battlefield tours will be ongoing as well. There will be demonstrations of Colonial Lifeways including Hearth Cooking, Spinning, Weaving, Candle Dipping, Wool Dyeing, and Goat Milking. Free petting zoo, games, and crafts for kids. Presentations on Colonial Technology and A Child’s Life. Levram The Great, Colonial Conjuror will be performing his magic. Folk music will be performed by Cynthia Smith. Unique handmade items in the craft vendor area. Something for everyone!

Easter at the Pier
April 9, 1PM – 3PM
Celebrate Spring at Pier Village from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM on Festival Plaza. The day will feature shopping, children’s activities, DJ, games, balloon artist, inflatable rides, face painting, a special appearance from the Easter Bunny and more right on the jewel of the Jersey Shore.
