Maplewood Porchfest
September 6, 1 pm – 5 pm
This completely free event will feature over 80 bands spanning a wide variety of genres on 40 porches throughout the Hilton neighborhood of Maplewood, NJ! Kick off Porchfest with us by joining the Honk Parade Gather at the DeHart Community Center at 12 noon. From there, march to 121 Lexington, and then it’s out into the neighborhood to see the bands!

Caldwell Porchfest
September 12, 12 pm – 7 pm
The Caldwell Porch Fest is a lively community event celebrating local music and neighborhood spirit. Taking place on various porches throughout Caldwell, NJ, this family-friendly festival features performances by local musicians spanning various genres, from folk and rock to jazz and classical. Attendees can stroll through the charming streets, enjoying live music while exploring local food vendors and craft booths. The event fosters a vibrant, communal atmosphere where neighbors and visitors come together to celebrate creativity and community in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Brought to you by Project Main Street. Made possible by Rotary Club of the Caldwells and The Graphics Connection, Inc.

The Newark PorchFest
September 19, 12 pm – 6 pm 
This FREE, family-friendly event, organized by the Forest Hill Community Association, will feature professional and amateur performing and visual artists, as well as food trucks serving a variety of refreshments. Neighbors make their beautiful porches available as community stages, showcasing an extraordinary range of talented artists. Opportunities will be available to make donations to the event’s beneficiary— the New Jersey Symphony. Enjoy a full afternoon of entertainment, food, and fun.

Princeton Porchfest 2026
September 26, 12 pm – 6 pm
Starting at noon, multiple porches around town – generously lent by neighbors – will host sets of live music throughout the day. Most porches feature five sets each. A new act takes the stage on the hour, every hour, from 12-6pm. Bring a chair and make yourself comfortable at one location, or wear your walking shoes and bop around from porch to porch. From classic rock and bluegrass, to jazz, singer-songwriter, blues, hip-hop, and classical, there’s something for everyone at Porchfest. Stroll around town to hear live local talent, grab a bite, drink, or coffee from one of Princeton’s amazing small businesses, and take in all the joyful energy that has made Porchfest a community tradition.

Asbury Park PorchFest
September 26, begins at 1 pm. Rain date: September 27
The Largest Porchfest in the Northeast. AP Porchfest is a 501 (c) (3) charity that has been hosting a free day of live music in Asbury Park since 2018. In that time, there have been more than 600 performances by an amazing group of local bands ranging from Americana to Rap, from blues to Broadway. They have raised over $50,000 for local charities.

Collingswood Porchfest
September 26, 12 pm – 7 pm
Arguably one of the best days of the year in town, Collingswood Porchfest is a volunteer-organized grassroots community music and arts festival designed to foster connectedness through the arts. The spirit of the day is one of community connections. Performers set up shop on their porch, a neighbor’s or even a stranger’s porch at organizer-designated time slots between 12pm and 7pm on Saturday, September 26th, 2026. The day culminates in a large after party.

Metuchen PorchFest

Metuchen PorchFest is back for another incredible year of music, community, and fun! This much-anticipated annual event transforms front porches and yards across Metuchen into lively stages where local musicians showcase their talents. Metuchen PorchFest is a free, family-friendly music festival where porches throughout the town become performance spaces. Stroll from house to house, enjoy music, and experience the unique charm of Metuchen’s artistic community.

Pitman Porchfest
October 3
Pitman Porchfest transforms the quiet residential streets of Pitman, New Jersey, into a vibrant, walkable celebration of local music and community spirit. Throughout the free, daylong event, local musicians and bands set up on front porches across town, turning historic neighborhoods into open-air concert venues for strolling attendees

Red Bank Porchfest
October 3, 12 pm – 6 pm
During the free afternoon event, local musicians and bands across a wide range of genres—from rock and jazz to pop, folk, and blues—take the stage on historic front porches, creating a walkable concert experience throughout the town. Attendees can stroll or bike from porch to porch to discover local talent, sample surrounding dining options, and experience the creative culture and community spirit that makes Red Bank a vibrant shore-area destination.

Woodbury Porchfest
October 4, 12 pm – 5 pm
Enjoy an afternoon of live music on porches throughout Woodbury, featuring talented local musicians and a guaranteed good time!

Cranford Porchfest
October 10, 2 pm – 6 pm
Porchfest is a celebration of music for all ages where porches, stoops, and lawns throughout Cranford become stages for an afternoon of strolling, listening, singing, dancing, and connecting with neighbors.

Rutherford PorchFest
October 17
Porchfest is one of those much-anticipated events presented by the Rutherford Arts Committee. Throughout the entire day, musicians get to share their music from porches and front lawns around Rutherford. Artists also assist with this event by creating the designs for the t-shirts and signs.
