Oktoberfest at Morey’s Piers

The Oktoberfest event at Morey’s Piers in Wildwood, New Jersey, is an annual autumn festival taking place on weekends from late September through mid-October. It features traditional German culture integrated with classic seaside boardwalk entertainment.
Key elements of the event include:
– Entertainment & Festivities: Live music, roaming musicians, a ceremonial keg tapping, stein-holding competitions, and themed decorations across the pier.

BRC Blue Coat Run & Beer Festival

The main athletic event features a flat, fast, USATF-certified 3.1-mile course that starts at the Riverfront Promenade and winds through historic Burlington. 6th Annual Incredible Duck Race
September 19, 10: 30 am – 5:30 pm
The community fundraiser will feature food trucks, live music, vendors, children’s activities and a duck race, with ducks scheduled for release at 5 pm. New this year, a Sensory Friendly Zone led by Kean University occupational therapy students will offer families an additional space to enjoy the event. Children can also participate in Duck Explorers activities throughout the day. Race tickets are $5 per duck, with a chance to win one of 50 prizes. The grand prize is a seven-night cruise for two aboard Oasis of the Seas, departing from Bayonne on October 3, 2027. Winners need not be present. The day also includes Dunkin for Veterans, a dunk-tank competition benefiting the North Central District Veterans Committee. Participants will compete for the Leader of the Flock designation while raising money to support veterans.

6th Annual Pet Adoption Day

The event will start at 11am and run through 3pm in the Elmwood Park Financial Center Lot at 680 River Drive in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Five rescue groups will be bringing the animals to the bank to hopefully find their fur-ever homes. The nonprofits attending are Eleventh Hour Rescue, Friends for Life Animal Rescue, Wise Animal Rescue and Bonnie’s Animal Rescue Kingdom (B.A.R.K.). Come join the bank for a day of furry friends, community, and the opportunity to help pets in need find a loving home! Enjoy refreshments, food and giveaways!

Ridgewood Fall Art & Craft Street Fair

Each year, thousands attend this once-a-year street fair from near and far. Two hundred exhibitors from four states will be highlighting arts, crafts, and photography. A large food court will be set up in front of the park with a variety of delicious festival foods featuring fish, sausage and peppers, gyros, empanadas, steak sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, kebobs, zeppole, desserts and so much more. A large area dedicated to children’s entertainment will feature a variety of inflatables, face painting, games, and items specifically catered to young attendees will be located on Walnut Street and in the park. Live music will be played near the food court.
