“The Phantom of the Opera” with Live Organ Accompaniment

Are you looking for the ultimate Halloween experience? Come to Allentown, NJ for a screening of the 1925 silent film classic “The Phantom of the Opera” with live organ accompaniment. A century after its original release, the mastery of the Phantom – played by Lon Chaney – is still the gold standard for Halloween fare. For the complete classic film experience, the movie will be accompanied live on the church organ by Michael McCormick, principal organist at St. James R.C. Church in Pennington and an Upper Freehold, NJ resident. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume and join in a Halloween party in the church hall after the movie. The evening is part of TAVI’s “Allentown Arts” series, made possible in part by a grant from Monmouth Arts, a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and the Monmouth County Board of Commissioners.

Sign your pup up for a chance to win a prize for best costume. They’ll be raising funds for One Love Animal Rescue with $5/strut donations and all proceeds going back to the rescue. They’ll even have some adoptable pets with them to meet and say hello.
