NJ Beer BBQ Bacon Showdown – May 21
Who says NJ doesn’t have great BBQ & awesome Beer? The Beer BBQ Bacon Showdown is New Jersey’s first festival, featuring only New Jersey Beer, coupled with restaurants, gourmet food trucks & Chefs, offering a delectable array of mouth watering BBQ & Bacon creations, all available for purchase. There will be a competition to showcase their culinary skills, with a panel of celebrity judges choosing the best of the best, along with People’s Choice awards for Best Dish & Best Beer. 20 New Jersey Breweries will be in attendance, each bringing 4 styles of Beer. Keyport Antiques and Artisan Festival – May 21
A culture-filled festival celebrating the Bayshore’s finest antique dealers, artists, crafters, poets and musicians. Artists, artisans and dealers from near and far gather to sell their wares and perform their works in downtown Keyport on Waterfront Park and West Front St. Shop through fine art, handmade crafts and historical antiques to the backdrop of live entertainment and the beautiful waters of the Raritan Bayshore. Be sure to treat all your senses and enjoy the delicious work of our lively bar and restaurant community too! Visitors can also enjoy antique appraisals and the return of Art Around the Bay, a free event where guests can reserve a canvas from the Arts Society of Keyport, bring their own supplies and paint along the waterfront.

World Beer Festival Meadowlands – May 21
For the first time ever, All About Beer Magazine‘s World Beer Festival is coming to the Meadowlands Racetrack.
On Saturday, May 21, attendees of the festival will be able to sample from a variety of local, regional and national beers, while also watching the Preakness Stakes Simulcast. Harness racing will take place at 7:15 p.m. There will be live music and great food for purchase in The Backyard, the track’s dining and entertainment area.
All ticket holders will also have access into the Art of Beer Experience for beer ingredient samplings, pairings, educational seminars and more.
General admission tickets are $35 in advance and $45 the day of the festival, and include unlimited four-ounce samples. VIP tickets are $75 and include unlimited sampling, plus a private VIP lounge with a bonus selection of beers and a VIP food buffet.

Kearny Food Truck Festival – May 21
The Kearny Food Truck Festival is taking over the Frank Vincent Marina along the Passaic River in Kearny for the first annual Kearny Food Truck Festival. 13 of the best gourmet food trucks in New Jersey have been rounded up for everyone to enjoy. Come grab some delicious food and check out the line up of live music all day. This will be a day for all ages and there will be a nice set up of kids amusements planned that will tire any kid out.
Terms: Admission is $5.00 which includes entry in to the festival where we will have 12 food trucks, live music all day, and amusements for the kids. The cost of food is not included in the price of admission. The event is rain or shine. Ticket holders will receive important updates by e-mail. 39th Annual Bordentown Street Fair – May 21 & 22
The 39th Annual Bordentown Street Fair will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 21st & 22nd, 2016 from 10 am to 4 pm each day. Almost the entire Farnsworth Avenue and its major side streets are transformed into a giant food, fun and festivities extravaganza for the whole family!
