July 1st – Sometimes the most amazing things in New Jersey are so simple! A double rainbow after all the crazy rain. Beautiful!
July 2nd – I enjoy the fourth of July fireworks in Sayreville (this is my third year in a row). Always a great show!
July 3rd – Day 2 of fireworks! I enjoyed the show on the waterfront in South Amboy. Not only did we see that show, but where we sat we saw SIX other shows from across the water. Definitely going back next year!
July 4th – Day 3 of fireworks? You betcha! This time I enjoyed the show in Milltown, NJ. A fabulous display with not one but two encores!
July 5th – After a weekend of eating burgers and hot dogs, I got back on track with my Fit with Flavor meals. Sooooo good.
July 7th – Day two of my pizza challenge…to read more about that, click HERE
July 8th – I celebrated the first non humid night in a while by eating s’mores with our fire pit. I apologize if you weren’t invited…
July 9th – Hooray for diner Sunday! I traveled to the Broadway Diner in South Amboy for a delicious breakfast! Read all about it on my review HERE
For lunch we ate at one of the oldest and historic restaurants, The Cranbury Inn, in New Jersey for a baby shower. Very cool experience!
July 11th – I love a good restaurant week! I traveled to Metuchen to Mariachi Mexican, a great authentic restaurant in the downtown area. Bonus? It was taco Tuesday!
Despite being full my husband and I shared Milky Way ice cream at What’s the Scoop, a homemade ice cream shop across the street. Worth it!
July 13th – All the ice cream and pizza contributed to me joining a new gym (mine unexpectedly closed). I am now a proud WOW member, which is proud of being “Jersey Strong”.
July 14th – I traveled to Lambertville and visited oWowCow, a hand made ice cream shop. For more on the trip, click HERE

July 21st – I had a lovely time in Morristown! First stop was South Street Creamery, where I had a lovely time meeting the owners and trying their delicious homemade ice cream. This lovely cafe has been open since 1999, and definitely is beloved by the community.
I love walking around downtown Morristown, it’s such a cute town! I made some new friends…
And after a while I decided to try ANOTHER ice cream place. This time it was Beenies, a new place that just opened this Summer. So good!
July 22nd – I was in the state, but visiting family in Gloucester County so nothing to blog about per se…but I did manage to capture this super scary storm we drove through on our way home on the turnpike. Yeesh.
