Jersey City’s 1st Annual Gospel Extravaganza

Get Write Entertainment based in Jersey City, NJ presents “Jersey City’s 1st Annual Gospel Extravaganza – Meet and Greet” which will be held at New Jersey University, Margaret Williams Theater on October 10, 2015. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are partnering with AAngelsNJ, a breast cancer awareness organization based in Montclair, New Jersey, to assist in providing breast cancer education and outreach information to women and families who have been affected by this disease.

Among the growing lists of achievements, Get Write Entertainment LLC CEO/Founders have been a part of several concert and stage productions with artists such as the Grammy Nominated Kierra Sheard, in the amazing gospel stageplay “Underneath It All,” Tony Award winner Melba Moore, in the hit gospel stageplay “Gossip”, Grammy nominated R&B songstress Kelly Price at Newark Symphony Hall in the hit gospel stageplay “After The Walk”, and Grammy, Stellar, & BMI trailblazer award winner “Twinkie” Clark of the legendary Clark Sisters, in the hit gospel stageplay “The Potter – Damaged Yet Destined.” They have dedicated themselves to providing wholesome entertainment for all to enjoy. They are also committed to creating opportunities for inner city youth who have a deep and passionate interest in the arts, to gain hands on experience in theater and production through their youth development program. This program is in partnership with some of the public schools in the district, to develop an internship program that provides students with interactive, hands on experience in theater and stage production, all in preparation for their major area of study. Their sincere desire is for this program to serve as an alternative to the “idleness” that has far too long plagued the community, and as a consequence adds to the already prevalent gang activity in our area. Their staff and personnel are anchored by several Jersey City Residents whom have had a major impact in the success of this production company.
