Diner Round Up – Park Nine Diner in Freehold
This week I got to check out a new diner, and I got to experience it with a fellow blogger who loves NJ diners as much as I do: Hollie who’s blog is FueledbyLOLZ.com.
Hollie and I have been trying to get together for a while, so I’m glad it finally happened. I’m sure we’ll review another diner together soon.
Anyway….
I haven’t been to the Park Nine Diner in Freehold. I was a frequent visitor of this diner location, back when it was called the Golden Bell Diner. Not only has the name changed, but so has the owners and the entire look of the place. It’s definitely more modern looking inside now.
I decided on getting stuffed mushroom caps (stuffed with crab meat) since I had been ordering a lot of paninis lately. The food was good, and I’m glad I got to have the leftovers for lunch the following day. I’m still confused about the random piece of toast though…
Hollie got a Greek Salad with Salmon which looked really good, and I kind wish I got instead. Oh well, next time! She also got coffee with whipped cream which was an excellent idea.

If you’re in the area you should definitely check out the Freehold Raceway Mall as well as iPlay America which is also close by.
