Diner Round Up: The Budd Lake Diner
The Budd Lake Diner is a great, small, Greek owned diner located in it’s hometown of Budd Lake.
When I was there, I was not that hungry, which was a shame since they had a really great menu. I decided to order something “small” off the menu, something I would never usually order at a diner…a grilled cheese.
Oh man, I forgot how good a diner can make a grilled cheese. Cheesy, buttery, and the perfect thing to warm your soul on a cold and windy day.
I also ordered and split a side of fries…just because. You can never go wrong with fries.
I enjoyed my experience at the Budd Lake Diner. I think their prices are a little steep, but pretty average for the area that it’s in. The service was kind and fast, and that is something that I always look for in a pleasant diner experience.
