Diner Round Up – Jackson Diner

While I was in Jackson the other week, I learned just how big Jackson was, AND I visited the Jackson Diner with friends.

The diner itself is really cute. It has a 50s theme, kind of shown in this picture.

It also has the table jukeboxes which I used to love as a kid. Not too many diners have these anymore.

It was a late lunch, and we were hungry so my husband ordered this beautiful vanilla milkshake. Everyone was jealous.

I went for a portabella mushroom panini, which unlike another diner experience, was exactly what I thought it would be. It was very delicious. I also appreciated that they did not overload my plate with fries.

Overall, this is a great little diner with an awesome ambiance and a very friendly staff. It’s hidden in a shopping center (along with the only Surf Taco that has a bar), but if you can find it…go there!
