Visual Artists & Crafters Registration Information
Visual artists and crafters working in all media are invited to take part in the annual Metuchen Junebug ArtFest, which will be held from 6:00 – 10:00 pm every Friday evening in June 2015 (June 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th) in downtown Metuchen.
THIS REGISTRATION FORM AND OTHER REQUESTED INFORMATION IS DUE BY APRIL 3rd IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2015 JUNEBUG ARTFEST. In addition to registering via the button below, please email or mail at least three (3) high quality images of your original artwork to junebugartfestival@gmail.com or to Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce, 323 Main Street Suite B, Metuchen, NJ 08840. Applicants without artwork samples will not be considered.
All artwork must be original and conceived and executed solely by the artist or crafter. Any artist who exhibits work substantially different from what was submitted will be asked to leave. Selected artists and crafters can exhibit their work any Friday in June from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Applicants will be notified if they are selected and given their display location by April 27, 2015.
This is a rain or shine event.
Selected artists and crafters who choose to exhibit will be assigned a space on either Main Street or New Street. Outdoor exhibitors may NOT use tents, must provide their own tables and must be present at their assigned space during the event. Parking assistance will be available.
If you are selected to participate in the Metuchen Junebug Artfest, a contriubtion of $35 is required. Checks can be made payable to the Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce and mailed to the above highlighted address. Or, you can pay online at www.junebugartfest.com.
