New Jersey International Film Festival: May 30th – June 15th
The Rutgers Film Co-op/New Jersey Media Arts Center proudly announces the 19th Annual 2014 New Jersey International Film Festival. The 2014 festival will be held on select evenings between May 30 – June 15, 2014 and will showcase the best in independent film by featuring premiere screenings, filmmaking workshops, and special guest appearances by film directors, screenwriters, cast and crew.

Hop Sauce – May 31st
On May 31st, 2014, LBI will be hosting Hop Sauce: A Gathering of Craft Beer & Spice Enthusiasts. The focus of the event is to pair local fare with hot sauces from the Northeast, and wash it down with a sampling of twenty delicious craft beers. The event will also feature live music throughout the day. A portion of the proceeds from Hop Sauce will benefit the Jetty Rock Foundation, a non-profit arm of the locally-based lifestyle brand Jetty, dedicated to beautifying the community and directing aid to locals in need in Long Beach Island and the Borough of Beach Haven. Craft Beer that will be in Attendance: Flying Fish, Evil Genius, Great Lakes Brewing Co., Heavy Seas, Magic Hat, Otter Creek, Brooklyn Brewery, Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, Ship Bottom Brewery, Rinn Duin Brewing and Pinelands Brewing Co.
Cost: $10 Entry Fee, $25 Beer Sampling.

Craft Beer and Rock Festival in Sea Isle City – May 31
The 1st Annual Craft Beer and Rock Festival will take place on Saturday, May 31st 3-7pm at 63rd & Landis Avenue, Sea Isle City, NJ. There will be over 100 beers to sample and as an attendee you can vote for the best beer!

Food Truck Flea Market – June 1st
St. Rocco Church in Union City NJ, is having a Food Truck/ Flea Market on June 1st, 2014 from 11am to 4pm. It will be a sidewalk Flea Market with all the food trucks in the parking lot. Everything is welcome to be sold. Free Event!

Gourmet Food Truck Festival – June 1st
The First Annual Gourmet Food Truck Festival will be held on Sunday, June 1, from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m! You will experience some of the most unique and delicious foods prepared by many nationally recognized food truck chefs, served from an eclectic collection of 25 mobile eateries. At the same time, you can rock out to live music hosted by the Waldwick School of Rock or explore the fine goods and crafts of over twenty local vendors and artisans. All proceeds from this event will enable the Paramus Bergen Community College Rotary Club to continue providing charitable support to those in need in the County of Bergen.

Haddon Pub Fest in South Jersey – June 1st
On June 1st, Keg & Kitchen, Treno, Taproom & Grill, P.J. Whelihan’s, Pour House, Brewer’s Towne Tavern, The Irish Mile and Tom Fischer’s Tavern will participate in the Haddon Pub Fest, an annual events which will spotlight a particular craft beer and host its brewer or distributor from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM with drink specials, tastings and conversation.
A free shuttle service will run continuously between all of the pubs and the Westmont PATCO station. Pub Fest t-shirts are on sale now at the eight participating establishments for $10. Wear one on June 1st for special deals, door prizes and other perks.
