What’s New at New Jersey Isn’t Boring!

I feel like I’ve been ridiculously busy getting this site to where I want it to be.  I am LOVING what I am doing and loving the positive feed back I’m getting as well.

You may have noticed that this website looks completely different than it did a week ago. I used the small website skills I have and created a banner and used a new lay out that I think looks pretty snazzy. I also created a new logo for the facebook, twitter and pinterest pages.

Speaking of twitter, did you hear Cory Booker is my new BFF? I’m only slightly exaggerating, but he is now following me on twitter and we even had a small conversation today. If you’re not following me on twitter yet…please do! It’s been active for 3 weeks now, but already has 200+ followers and growing. Yay social media!

The site has brand new events listed on the beer events and food truck event pages. I update these pages the second I hear about a new event, and I’ll give you as much detail as possible.

I also keep updating the NJ diner section of the site whenever I hear of a closing (RIP Spotswood Diner) or an opening of a new one. Diner Reviews are posted every Sunday at 6pm. I just visited Four Seasons Diner II in Freehold, so look out for that review this coming Sunday. I wrote about the Seville Diner in East Brunswick yesterday.

There is also a new page for Comedy Clubs and I have listed a bunch of theaters and concert halls which will soon have links. There is also a link for upcoming Film Festivals with info on how to get tickets etc.

Fun Things to Come:

– A list of resources for different websites all around NJ for everything in NJ.

– Sports Teams & Schedules (Not just including the Devils)

– Flea Markets

– Farmers Markets (We’re not called the Garden State for nothing)

…and more as I think of it.
