Dine Out for a Cause! The 6th Uncorked & Uncapped: Wine, Beer and Food Fest Returns October 3 (Plus Exclusive Promo Code)

The Arc of Essex County, a Livingston-based nonprofit that provides support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is proud to host its 6th annual Uncorked and Uncapped: Wine, Beer, and Food Tasting Experience at The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, NJ on Thursday, October 3rd.

The event will feature three hours of fine wine, craft beer, spirits and cocktails, gourmet food, lively entertainment, a silent auction and 50/50 raffle. Priced at $100 per person, tickets are now on sale and proceeds will benefit The Arc’s programs and services that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Uncorked & Uncapped features a wide array of cuisine from over 25 restaurants and eateries. This year’s samplings include 3 West Restaurant, Ah’ Pizz, The Barrow House, Bella Luce Restaurant & Bar, Benji’s Taqueria, Bonefish Grill, Calandra’s, Cedar Bean’s Coffee Joint, Chef Fredy’s Table, Chef Jesse Jones, Cinnaholic, Emmi Swiss Cheese, The Fox & Falcon, Frank Anthony’s Gourmet Italian, Frutta Bowls, Glazed & Confused, Grill350, Lucco Cucina + Bar, Mezza Mediterranean, The Office Tavern and Grill, Portofino’s Restaurant, Scoop House, Stone Water, TOWN bar + kitchen, Walia Ethiopian Restaurant, Wegmans, White Birch and Wilshire Caterers.

This year’s beer and wine libations will be featured from Cape May Brewing Co., Double Nickel Brewing Co., Flying Fish Brewing Co., Hoboken Brewing, Magnify Brewing, Romilly Cidre, TrÖegs Independent Brewing, Aidil Wine & Liquors, Amour Genève Wine, Dozen Roses Wine, Melovino, Organic Vintages and The Winebow Group. Spirits vendors include All Points West Distillery, Claremont Distilled Spirits, Cutwater Spirits and Jersey Spirits Distilling Co.

Guests perusing the gourmet samplings can enjoy an interactive, educational Cigar Rolling experience from Suero Cigars, live music from guitarist and vocalist, JT Rooney, and three-piece Jazz band, The DC Trio. Capture memories from the fun, philanthropic night in Goodwin’s Good Time Photo Booth.

The Arc of Essex County will be honoring the partnerships that have been and continue to be integral to its success. The following honorees will be awarded at a pre-event ceremony:

The event will end with a 50/50 raffle and silent auction. During the silent auction, event attendees can bid on items, such as tickets to the Broadway sensation Hamilton, tickets to a Giants game with pregame field passes, an overnight stay at the luxurious Oheka Castle, and more.
