Garden State Outdoor Sports Show
January 10 – 13
The Annual Garden State Outdoor Sports Show will take place at the New Jersey Convention & Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey. There will be 200 plus exhibiting companies and over 15,000 attendees! Considered to bethe east coast’s premier Outdoor and Sports event.

GODSPELL, The Musical
January 11, 12, & 13

The Ashley Lauren Foundation Theatre Ensemble, the theatrical arm of The Ashley Lauren Foundation, 501(c)3 a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope and help to children throughout New Jersey who suffer from cancer through financial, material and emotional support, will present the musical, GODSPELL (2012 Revised Version). These productions are very important – they give local, talented actors the opportunity to perform and – at the same time – these productions are making a difference in the lives of NJ children suffering from cancer. Proceeds from the show benefit “The Ashley Lauren Foundation.”

KotoriCon 2019
January 11 & 12, Fri 4PM – 9PM, Sat 10Am – 9:30PM

KotoriCon is an anime convention, with panels, performances, dealers, artists, and a Charity Auction. The theme this year is “Mecha”. This anime con is organized by a campus club of student volunteers who want to encourage sharing in Japanese culture.

Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood
January 12, 1PM

The Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood is so much more than an icy dip into the Atlantic Ocean. Special Olympics New Jersey provides year-round sports training, competition, leadership opportunities and health screenings to more than 25,000 athletes. All of these programs and services are always completely FREE thanks to fundraising events like the Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood. As always, it is free to spectate this annual event.

New Jersey State Wedding Expo
January 12, 12PM – 3:30PM

Winter Festival: Bonfire & Fireworks
January 12, 4PM – 7PM

Come out and enjoy rides, music, food horse and carriage rides, ice sculptures, a petting zoo and more! Bonfire will commence at 4:20pm, and the fireworks will conclude the day at 7pm. Ice skating and sledding if the weather permits!

River Horse Cask Festival
January 13, 7PM – 10PM
River Horse Brewing Co will be tapping over 20 specialty casks – some traditional favorites, like Oatmeal Milk Stout with mint and vanilla, and Special Ale with chocolate and chillies.. but also SO MANY NEW creations that they’ve never tried before! Tripel Horse with blackberries? IPA with coriander and orange zest? Special Ale with winter spices? Brewers will be on site to discuss how they create different cask beers, which styles are the most conducive to aging, and answer any questions you have.

Benefit Concert for MESH – Montclair Emergency Services for the Homeless
January 12, 7PM – 9:30PM

Bring the family and enjoy jazz music & refreshments. Learn about how MESH (Montclair Emergency Services to the Homeless) helps in our community. Help by purchasing items for MESH to give to their clients (FOOD, SLEEPING, HYGIENE packs). 100% of ticket revenue and additional donations will go directly to MESH.

Another Rocking Fundraiser
January 13, 12PM – 6PM

The event is a fundraiser that will benefit The Overdose Prevention Agency Corporation. All the proceeds will help save lives and educate the public about the Overdose Prevention Act. Live music by popular performers: Ernie White, Joe Vadala, The Copians, Bobby Bandiera and Friends, Lisa Bouchelle and Glenn McClelland to name a few. Refreshments by Delorenzo’s the Burg featuring their famous pizza, make your own sausage and meatball sandwiches, salads, beverages and desserts.

Morris County Farmer’s Market
