Jersey City LGBT Pride Festival
August 24, 1PM – 9PM

The Festival will take place on Newark Avenue between Grove Street and Jersey Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Jersey City. The Festival is adjacent to major mass transportation: PATH Grove street (two stops from Manhattan) and Bus. The Jersey City LGBT Pride Festival celebrates the diversity of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities and allies of Hudson County and the New York City metropolitan area. Last year the official estimate of attendance at the festival was between 15-17,000 people. The Jersey City LGBT Pride Festival is recognized not only as the premier LGBT event in Hudson County, but also one of the largest festivals in the Northern New Jersey region. The events of Pride season exemplify the strength and growth of our LGBT & allied community.

Pupstock Festival
August 24, 12PM – 6PM

Pupstock is a day dedicated to our four legged friends and their human parents! Join for fun Dog Activity Zones, Adoptions, Art, Food Trucks, Music, Vendors & Yappy Hour all day in the Biergarten!

Canal Day Music and Craft Festival
August 24, 10AM – 5PM

The Canal Day Festival is an old time country fair that celebrates the Morris Canal and its contributions to the development of the communities along its banks. Come to a day of free family fun featuring a juried craft show, food, educational events and 10 live bands. There will be something of interest for everyone to enjoy! Learn about local history by taking a guided Morris Canal walking tour provided by the Canal Society of NJ. Experience life on the Morris Canal first hand by traveling down the canal on a free boat ride or prove your prowess by paddling a kayak. The Wallaby Tails Traveling Zoo’s demonstration of exotic animals will delight children of all ages.

Festival of Lights 2019

Festival of Lights is hosted by The Greater Burlington Chamber of Commerce and the Historic City of Burlington.

Vintage North Jersey’s Wine & Food Festival
August 24 & 25

Join Vintage North Jersey member wineries for their annual Wine & Food Festival. Wineries representing Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon and Mercer Counties will be offering their most premium wines. Food trucks, specialty food and craft vendors will have a variety of selections for guests to choose from. Enjoy great musical acts both days. Guest are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs to sprawl out on the property to spend the afternoon enjoying the music and fine wine!

Wildwood Margarita & Taco Festival
August 24 & 25

The Wildwood Margarita & Taco Festival is taking place on Saturday & Sunday, August 24 & 25, 2019 in Wildwood at Keenan’s North Wildwood (and the giant adjacent parking lot!) for a weekend event like no other! This amazing summer festival will feature endless rivers of margaritas, tequila sampling flights (20+ styles of Tequila!) along with South Jersey’s best food trucks serving up their mouthwatering taco creations.

Riverwinds Wine Festival
August 24 & 25
Admission includes souvenir wine glass and sampling of over 250 New Jersey wines. Also enjoy the wares of local artisans and crafters, food from several fantastic eateries will be available for purchase, and live music.

Food Trucks on the Ave
August 25, 11AM – 7PM

Food Trucks on the Ave returns for its third year! This year will include a beer garden, kid’s corner, bounce houses, clowns, 20 food vendors, dozens of crafters, free yoga class, 7 hours of entertainment on the entertainment stage, DJ, fire trucks and more.

Wildwood Restaurant Week
August 25 – 29

Wine and dine in some of Wildwoods finest restaurants.
