Super Pet Expo – April 13th – 15th
Each year Super Pet Expo brings thousands of pet lovers together for three days in a shopping and entertainment extravaganza

Annual Spring Swap Meet at Raceway Park – April 13th – 15th
The Bi-annual Englishtown Swap Meet & Auto Show is held in April & September, rain or shine. It runs from Friday through Sunday with Vendor spaces on pavement and grass, over 300 Car for Sale spaces on pavement, and free parking for attendees. Sale merchandise consists of a wide array of parts, accessories and miscellaneous items.

Made in Monmouth Expo – April 14th
Made In Monmouth is a program for both vendors and visitors to encourage people to shop locally and to create new and important items that the public will want to buy! The annual Expo is held in the spring at Monmouth University, and several small events occur during the year.

Doo Dah Parade – April 14th
The parade — Ocean City’s annual tribute to humor — marks the opening of an uninterrupted season of specials events that stretches throughout the year. The procession features marching bands, floats, a grand marshal and a brigade of more than 500 basset hounds. The traditional finale at the end of the parade includes a “Pie-asco” at the Ocean City Music Pier, in which everybody is invited to smoosh their friends with shaving-cream pies. This year’s event starts at noon Saturday, April 14, 2018. The parade route starts at Sixth Street and travels downtown Asbury Avenue to 12th Street, then turns to the Boardwalk at 12th Street and (new this year) finishes on the boardwalk at Fifth Street. TV star Erik Estrada will be grand marshal for this year’s parade. Later on the same night, Estrada will host the annual Mr. Mature America Pageant at the Ocean City Music Pier

Annual MS Beer Tasting Benefit – April 14th
Annual benefit featuring craft beer and spirits from many supporting breweries like Jerrys Vodka, Federal Distilling, Two Roads Brewing and more to support Multiple Sclerosis. Camden Comic Con – April 14th
Camden Comic Con is an annual comic convention that celebrates the artistry and cultural phenomenon of comic books and associated media. The goal of Camden Comic Con is to provide a free, all ages event that links and introduces the community of Camden and South Jersey to comic creators, writers, artists, dealers, and fellow enthusiasts. In addition to this, the event aims to explore and promote the concepts of education, literacy, and artistry through the medium. It is also just plain fun to meet your favorite artists, peruse comics, pick up rare issues, cosplay, and gather to celebrate the love of all things ‘nerdy’. Some of the guests this year include Amy Chu, Dean Haspiel, Larry Hama, Ulises Farinas, and Fred Van Lente. Camden Comic Con will also have several food trucks on site for a Mini Food Truck Fest and the event will also feature tabletop gaming courtesy of All Things Fun! Cosplay contest! Performances! Workshops! Panels! And much much more!

Kites at the Pier – April 14th & 15th
Every kind of kite imaginable will be at the festival. Kites of all shapes and sizes – from inflatable flying creatures to traditional kites – will be flying high over the beach between Avenue and McLoone’s Pier House in Long Branch. A dazzling display of giant kites will be visible for miles and miles. Giant kite experts including the Dallmer family, Mike Pignolet and Don Petty, Jeff Burka, Paul & Tina Keeler, the Klopp family and others will be lofting some giant sea and land creatures.

Jersey Shore Toy Show – April 15th
A collectibles show and sale featuring 75+ tables of vintage and modern toys, comic books, video games, and pop culture inspired work from local artists, crafters, and makers. The 501st Legion: Northeast Remenant, a Star Wars costuming group, will be in attendance,free photo ops will be available. Action figures, diecast cars and trucks, dolls, model kits, monsters, playsets, robots, slot cars, trains, and toy soldiers from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s through today. Star Wars, DC & Marvel Superheroes, Transformers, G.I. Joe, Masters of the Universe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Thundercats, WWF / WWE Wrestling, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Aurora, AFX, Barbie, Godzilla, Japanese robots, Lego, Lionel, Marx, Nintendo, PEZ, and much more.
