Get Your Superbowl Catering On with Your Local Whole Foods!
If you have a love/hate relationship with entertaining, then you might just be interested in catering for your next party! For this year’s Superbowl I decided that rather than cooking and prepping, I would order from Whole Foods!
From traditional favorites like chicken wings and cheeseburger sliders to other crowd-pleasing items like cheese & charcuterie plates and dips, this menu has something every guest can enjoy. Their menu even offers a ton of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options (perfect for my guests).
Since I was having a get together the week before the game, I bought a few things from their menu to test them out. I love that I can order online or in the store itself, it’s super convenient.
I started with their cheeseburger sliders since that seemed like the perfect food for the big game.
You need to assemble them yourself, and the platter gives you lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese plus their freshly made slider buns. Oh! And the special sauce! So good! All I had to do was heat the burgers (which I did in a crock pot). So easy!
I also got the savory trio dip platter (Buffalo chicken, spinach artichoke, and roasted eggplant dip) served with crostini! I thought these 3 dips would be appropriate for the Superbowl. This was incredibly easy to serve since I literally popped off the top and added spoons to the dip.
And last but not least, I decided to get a dessert as well. I choose the eclairs and cream puffs platter, but they also have cookies, brownies, and chocolate covered strawberries.
The menu also features lots of great Superbowl foods like your choice of wings (including buffalo soy nuggets), deli platter, sandwiches, a build your own nacho bar, cheese plates, veggie platters, side dishes and soooooo much more. Plus the nutritional information is listed on the website as well for those who are watching what they eat.
