Super Pet Expo Celebrates 25 Years of Pet-Friendly Fun in Edison January 9 – 11

The 25th annual Super Pet Expo returns to the New Jersey Convention Center in Edison from January 9–11, 2026, bringing a high-energy weekend of entertainment, education, and shopping for pet lovers and their four-legged companions.

One of the largest pet expos on the East Coast, the event features nonstop attractions designed to delight both pets and people. Dogs can race in the Doggie Derby, romp through a massive 5,000-ball Dog Ball Pit, sprint after a faux rabbit on the popular lure course, or play off-leash in the Puppy Playground. Style-conscious pups can strut their stuff in the Celebrity Catwalk, while aspiring animal actors can audition for roles in TV, film, and commercials.

Celebrity pets and trainers will be part of the excitement throughout the weekend, including returning national champion stunt dog trainer Chrissy Joy and her Bone-A-Fied Talent Group, showcasing fast-paced agility, Frisbee tricks, and stunt work. Joy, also host of DOGTV’s “Dog Moms” and “Farm Girl,” will be joined by other well-known pet personalities for meet-and-greets and photo opportunities.

A highlight of the Expo is a star-studded pet influencer panel emceed by Dawn Wolfe of Pawsitively FAMOUS Animal Talent Agency. Influencers whose pets have built global followings—collectively reaching nearly five million fans—will share how their animals went from everyday companions to social media stars.

The Expo also emphasizes pet wellness and education. Garden State Animal Rescue Center will offer lifetime microchipping for $25, providing permanent identification that cannot be lost or damaged, with safeguards in place to help reunite pets with owners quickly and reduce shelter stress. Free paw print keepsakes will also be available. Animal communicator Raven Noel will present sessions on understanding pet behavior and communication.

Cat lovers will enjoy the United Cat Club showcase, featuring more than 100 pedigree and household cats—including Bengals, Maine Coons, Persians, and American Shorthairs—judged by internationally licensed professionals. Rescue opportunities will be available, and attendees are encouraged to donate cat food for local shelters. Exotic animal fans can explore Repticon’s expansive reptile exhibit, now in its 12th year at the Expo, as well as Parties by Parrots, where Gerry Burch introduces visitors to friendly exotic birds.

On Saturday, January 10, visitors can meet 13-year-old Magnolia Harter, who raises funds for animal cancer research by selling her homemade dog treats, Crosby’s Crunchies, inspired by her late dog. She is featured in a documentary on DOGTV and will greet guests during the event.

Shopping is a major draw, with hundreds of exhibitors offering pet adoption resources, grooming, food, daycare services, and a wide array of unique gifts, treats, toys, and accessories. More than 20 rescue organizations will be on-site, giving attendees the chance to meet adoptable pets looking for forever homes.

Super Pet Expo also gives back to the community by providing 500 free tickets to veterans through Vet Tix. The 2026 event is sponsored by Zymox, and all tickets purchased online include a free one-month DOGTV subscription.
