Mercer County Spring Food Truck Fiesta + Craft Market Returns
Mercer County Park hosts best gourmet food trucks and adds Craft Vendors
Winter is just about over and we’re ready to be outside enjoying some great food and shopping! There aren’t many places (really any!) where you can have a delicious lobster rolls, empanadas, gourmet sliders, fried Wisconsin cheese curds, slow smoked barbeque ribs & pork sandwiches, chili, crepes, yak burgers, wood fired pizza, Mexican tacos; Brazilian BBQ, Korean food, gourmet cupcakes, mac n cheese, taco stix, and melt-in-your-mouth donuts all in one place.
The area’s best food trucks are scheduled to roll into Mercer County Park for the 3rd year in a row, for the SPRING Food Truck Fiesta on Saturday, April 23rd from 10am to 6pm. (rain or shine). This family-friendly, pet-friendly event will not only offer delicious food, but also a variety of children’s activities, and feature a craft market.
Beer and wine will be on tap and proceeds from the alcohol sales will benefit Friends of Mercer County Parks.
The 3rd Food Truck Fiesta will feature live music by Sarah Crowley, The Polish Nannies, Sarah Crowley, John Savage and the Classic Rockers
Food trucks that are participating in this year’s event include: Surf and Turf Truck, Ahh la cart, Amanda Bananas, Baron Von Schwein, BrazBQ, Buzzettas, Carlitos Taco Wagon, Cow and The Curd, Crespellas, Cupcake Carnival, Dark Side, Dump and Roll, El Lechon De Negron, Empanada Guy, Gigi’s and Big R, Kona Ice, Lexilicious, Luscious Bakery, Ms. Fu’s Yummy, Oink and Moo, Outslider, PB and U, Pizza Wagon, Pompier Catering, Robeks, Taco Truck, Taza Truck, The Feed Truck, Try Vegan, Undrgrnd Donuts, Waffle de Lys, Whirly Pig, and WTF Food Truck.
Come early, shop, and eat! Enjoy the activities, listen to music, stay late, and do it all over again!
Admission is $5 (children 4 and under are free). The admission fee covers all children’s activities and live music.
Over 7,000 attendees are expected and sponsorships are still available!
