Sausage Fest at Zeppelin Hall until May 10th
This Spring, now through May 10th, Zeppelin Hall (88 Liberty View Drive) will be hosting Sausage Fest! Hungry guests are invited to indulge in over a dozen different types of uniquely prepared sausage dishes.
The restaurant and biergarten has a supersized menu of sausage delights just for this event. Satisfy your sausage cravings with “The Wild Bunch”, exotic combinations of artisanal sausages including duck, lamb boar, rabbit and ginger served over steaming, sautéed mushrooms and spicy cabbage. Try a casserole with a spicy, Mexican twist: the Chorizo Sausage Casserole. This dish is prepared with a kick, loaded up with peppers, onions and jalapenos smothered in a Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce. Looking for something different to switch it up? Try Zeppelin Hall’s Alligator in a Basket: a grilled pastry with a bite served with potato salad and Cajun mustard.
The sausage selections go hand in hand with a mug of one of Zeppelin Hall’s 144 European and American craft brews to wash down some spicy perfection.
