A Food Truck Festival for Charity! Ridgefield PBA Will Host Its First Truck-tober-Fest October 20th
The Ridgefield PBA is hosting their first event Truck-tober-Fest on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 from 11am to 6pm. The event will be held at Veteran’s Field, 554 Shaler Blvd, Ridgefield, NJ. 100% of the proceeds with go to Special Olympics New Jersey.
Approximately 20 gourmet food trucks will be in attendance all serving different style foods. In addition to food, the event will have it’s own Don’t drink & drive and enjoy one of four style beers: Flying Fish IPA, New Belgium Fat Tire, Hofbrau Oktoberfest or Coors Light.
Food trucks that will be in attendance include Tower Dogs, Eat my Balls, Maddalena’s Cheesecakes, Cheezen, Coney Island Wood Fired Pizza, Bearded One BBQ, Bacon Me Crazy, Angry Archie’s, Zoelily Empanadas, the Mac Truck and much more!
Bring your lawn chair! Live music begins at 11am on a huge stage with three live bands: Fish Eyed Blues(11am-1pm), SPINN(1:30pm-3:30pm), and Miss Demeanor(4pm-6pm) along with a live DJ.
The event is family friendly and will feature a plenty of kiddie activities from a 50′ obstacle course, 24′ slides, face painting, sand art and much, much, more.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle and local business vendors.
Entry to the event is only $5, kids 10 and under are free.
A rain date has been set for October 21st.
